Worst products, the quality of products is not upto the mark, and the products are not at all durable and have no strength, really dissatisfied with the product within 15 days of purchase also the customer care has no response to your complaint, i would suggest people should avoid purchasing GALA products, as it is total waste of money

Gala service provider had replaced with the new mop stick today (within 3 days). This is really an amazing support.

Big brand with no sense of quality and customer service. Have sent numerous email about the quality and response is next to nothing. Overrated brand.

It is a small suggestion for the products of brooms and mopping products and sealing brooms : Can you prepare products which can run mechanically with the batteries so that we can use them with power of batteries for a longer time eg. toilet cleaner brush 360 degrees rotation or 180 degrees rotation that front brush can rotate so that deep clean may be takes place. Even bottle cleaner brushes and Water Cans ( HDPE) cleaning brushes can also be made because in those cans our hands cannot enter in to the cans where green moss is in side the water cans .

Purchased Spin Mop, all products are sold at a premium but the quality is not as expected, product got faulty in 3 months of use and company is not ready to replace even though under warranty.

I am retailer and purchased items worth 9k. requested several times to the executive to visit & explain the products, but all my efforts and requests were over herd. To take the order three persons visited but after that no one bothered. They have hardly any after sales facility. Be careful while bying GALA products.

Worst company very bad customer service called 10 times but no response from Gala

Awesome customer care experience:

I lost a tiny part of my spin mop during transportation. I wrote to the company service e-mail address regarding this. I was not expecting much since Gala is a large company and this little piece makes no big difference to them.

But to my surprise they couriered me the missing part without much questions except the missing part details.

Really appreciate and thank Sagar for taking that extra effort and time to keep his company's customers happy however small it may be.

Highly unprofessional to deal with their customer. Product service is very bad , i am very disappointed after buying this product.
