I purchased a car from this company. During a 3 ye...
I purchased a car from this company. During a 3 year period the car was well looked after & always paid for. I eventually surrendered the vehicle in my final year and handed the car back in pristine condition. This was due to the appalling way in which I was spoken to and harassed by their staff. I would receive aggressive calls requesting payment 2 days before my payment date or if I called to discuss my account, the first question they would ask me is ' where is the vehicle kept over-night' There was a constant threat of reposession despite paying. The staff were rude and at one point my call was placed on loud speaker and I could hear the office staff giggling and were all responding to me.

Stay well clear of these COWBOYS. They took our house profits and we ended up in a hostel. Now they have found a loop hole to avoid paying us PPI. They are legal CROOKS and you deal with them at your peril
