The food was great. Dessert excellent. The woman's bathroom was stylish and pretty. The decor and space inside was surprisingly quite nice and large because the exterior didn't look like much. Looks can very much be deceiving. The wait staff was outstanding in service. Only issue was lack of parking and, especially, the lack of handicap parking.

A great place to go after a wonder church serves and spend time with family and other members of your congregation. Oh lets not forget the tasty meal.

Went for out yearly NWTF DINNER. This year due to the hurricane last year we had to move it to the actual Flame but we always have them cater the food and they are so nice, caring,and most of all have some great food!!!! Used to work along side of them with weddings years ago with cakes l would recommend them to anyone for any occasion you have they can do it for you office, wedding, or fun!!!

The Flame catered my NJROTC Military Ball - brilliant service, food, DJ, staff, and of course, catering to the customs and needs of the ball itself. Had a great time and got what I came for.

The best brunch in New Bern hands down they offer just about everything you could ever want to eat.

The Easter Brunch was awesome, all the food tasted great and it all ran smoothly.

I was not impressed with this place. It s a banquet hall with long uncomfortable table settings and zero ambiance. It was so noisy you could barely hold a conversation. I was there for Sunday brunch. It was super crowded. Forget the menu on the website. It was buffet, chafing dishes lined up in a hallway with no coverings to protect the sub par food. It was mostly southern comfort food. Nothing special.

Great food, incredible service, clean and welcoming facility. I have food allergies, and they almost bend over backwards to accommodate me.

Great management services great, food fit for a king. Buffett well arranged. Server's well dressed and trained , management knows how to manage.

A Banquet hall that will accommodate all occasions and the food is delicious.

The to-go table needs to be in the lobby to provide a better flow. They have the space to accommodate the to-go customers. However they are not using it while the customers are waiting. Most importantly get the orders right and together.

Food ok service unmotivated. Unusual for them. Food usually exceptional.

They make you feel like family you are so important to them they meet all of your need if they can the price is good they just caring people and food is so so good

Went for a function. Not really impressed with the food. It was okay but nothing to get excited about.

Awesome time, it does get packed here on Sunday afternoon but for a good reason. Best American cuisine offered in buffet style in New Bern. Service is quick, but if you plan to go with a larger party best to call ahead and reserve. Only issue I have is the food is completely uncovered and I don't trust everyone hygiene and consideration when serving themselves

Made reservations for Father's Day at 1. Didn't get seated to 2. Walk in' s was seated faster. Would have never left a tip if they didn't ask for it first.
