I am so thrilled to be able to return to the YMCA. I was able to quickly sign my daughter up for several upcoming programs and I have the peace of mind that they will continue to be Covid Safe with the children. The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

One of the worst YMCA's I have ever been too. If the equipment is not going to be maintained it just needs to be shut down, a waste of space in an already small town. From what I have been able to deduce, the staff must really hate working here.

Great place, with great staff. The equipment is a bit old, sometimes bit dirty but still in great working condition. Lots of different options, and different sections to get your work out in. Everyone seems pretty friendly and will help out if you need help with one of the machines, or someone to spot you. There are two sets of bathrooms, a changing room, and a locker room. The showers are closed because of coronavirus.

A staff member was extremely rude and not understanding of accidents and masks slipping when you workout. I was mid-way through my set of weighted chin-ups when my mask fell below my nose. Before I had a chance to finish my last few reps or even get off the bar to pull my mask up, she came right up to me and started being very hostile towards me saying that it was, "Absolutely unacceptable" that I did not immediately pull my mask up when I was in the middle of a rep. Which is difficult to do mid-rep on a pull-up bar. After I told her I understood and was just finishing my last rep, she continued to say it was unacceptable and act hostile towards me. I proceeded to tell her that I was pulling it up as soon as I finished my last rep (I had already pulled my mask up once she started to yell at me). These sort of accidents happen while working out, and to not be understanding of that and to attempt to chastise me is extremely inconsiderate. I pulled my mask up right away after I was off the bar too. I cancelled my membership and will never go back. The rest of the staff was helpful and understanding though.

Manager was rude and basically would not refund my monthly membership after I told her I could not wear a mask to work out per the new governor rule. I cannot breathe. She told me she would cancel my member ship but not give me back my 50$ for the month of July which I have not used one day yet. They are money hungry. That is fraud! And I am going to report them to BBB.

The staff is the most unhelpful pretentious group I have ever met. The cost of the facility is extremely high for the equipment they provide. I have been going to the Y for years and have never been treated more disrespectful than I have here by two different staff members. Neither was helpful and it felt I was excluded for trying to join. I am a disabled veteran and would think more respect would be shown regardless of my service.
