Love my new apartment! Allison, Andrea, and Jason were so patient answering my questions and amazing during the process of choosing a unit, as I sold my condo in the city, and moved into my new neighborhood in Evanston.
Andrea, Jason and Allison were amazingly helpful throughout the entire application and move in process! They helped us address a number of the challenges we faced moving across the country to the Chicago area. The building is brand new and looks very modern. Our apartment has a lot of natural light, spacious and a built-in closet. There's a gym, a heated rooftop pool and bar, and space for those who work from home. Albion is very centrally located, within walking distance there are 3 grocery stores (whole foods, trader joe's and target), the metra is 3 blocks away and the Dempster CTA station is 2 blocks away. There are also a dozen of restaurants nearby. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the building and with Andrea, Jason and Allison!
The incredible level of thought and attention to design far surpasses. A wide selection of units all different with private outdoor space, patios and views. Def not cookie cutter. Loads of beautiful outdoor space, amazing amenities with great attention to detail. Albion Evanston has the makings of a great community within an already amazing community. I was looking at multiple apartments last week in the Evanston area and the staff here at Albion stood out to be the most responsive and helpful. The apartments here are affordable considering their location and amenities. Move in was a breeze and I had all my questions/concerns answered!
Wow! Where to even start....if you re looking for a new apartment in Evanston, Albion is the absolute best. I recently moved in to the stylish and functional one-bedroom of my dreams here. Jason and Alison have made this process super easy, and have have been quick to answer all my questions. The management here is the best I have ever experienced. The apartment itself is truly luxurious, with updated finishes and appliances. I love my new apartment so much, and honestly recommend you check out Albion if your in the market. The location is walking distance away from the beach, so many restaurants, a park for your kids or dogs, and so much more. SERIOUSLY AWESOME.
Visited a friend over NYE who lived there and was so impressed with the building. I wish I lived there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

A great building with fantastic staff. Everything is finished at a couple levels above what one ordinarily finds in rentals, and the leasing and management teams go above and beyond as a matter of course. That, plus beautifully and thoughtfully designed space.
If you're looking for a place to live in Evanston, then Albion is the definite choice. Not only is the building new (construction completed in 2020), but the staff and property management team are absolutely amazing! I worked with Jason to coordinate my move-in, and he helped me find the best apartment that fitted my needs and was flexible with obstacles that naturally arise when moving. (Who likes moving? It's so stressful!) Now that I'm fully settled in, I can enjoy the rooftop pool (it's heated which is great for colder evenings), the gym (it's got everything you need), and the commons spaces (plenty options to work/study/read/relax). If you're in the area, definitely visit Albion for a tour and if not, schedule a virtual tour with Jason!
I had a really positive experience with Albion. From the moment I walked into the lobby Allison, Andrea & Jason were all so friendly, welcoming and professional. As a new international arrival, I some additional hurdles to overcome than the average US Tennant, but they were so understanding, patient and accomodating to my situation. he facility itself is beautiful - a gorgeous lobby that's clean, cosy and welcoming, and the apartments themselves are clean, spacious and well thought out. I had the pleasure of working with Dan Musselwhite to find a studio apartment that met all of my needs as an incoming graduate student at Northwestern. In addition to being extremely professional and friendly, Dan was able to answer any and all questions about the different spaces offered at Albion. Having seen the pictures and gone through the video tour, I am extremely excited to be moving into Albion this Fall! The apartments have a modern and clean design, top of the line appliances, beautiful views of the city/lake, and wonderful facilities (most excited for the rooftop pool). From my initial phone inquiry to the virtual tour and online application, the entire process was seamless and a great leasing experience!
