The Epicure Cafe & Grill Reviews

I used to come here a couple of years ago so I decided to try it again. The quality and taste of the food has really gone down hill. The menu is so large, its quantity over quality now for sure. I ordered escargot in mushrooms and they put yellow cheddar cheese in their melted cheese blend. Good lord. I also ordered the antipasto platter and it came with shredded parm. I have idea why you would serve it like that. The service was good but with so many options to dine around this block, I would pass on ever coming back.

Fabulous restaurant! I chose them after looking at online reviews of places I could hold my 50th birthday party at. The staff were wonderful, I was able to book a private room (without a minimum spend), and they moved us to a bigger room so that we could sit in a square and more easily converse. Everyone loved their food, the staff were gracious and accommodating, and the bill quite reasonable. I'd go back any time!

The food was awesome! Huge portions for great price. The seafood pasta we had was a bit salty but other than that, awesome tastes! Great service and nice atmosphere. Loved it!

Been here twice and LOVED it! We had burgers with frites AND salad, and everything was delicious. On my way there again now. I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. We had fast service, excellent food, and a fancy setting. The only thing I would avoid next are the espresso bevvies. They are VERY overpriced. $5 for a latte is ridiculous.

A great little rooftop patio ! Took us a while to figure out where to go. It's like a big house. The burgers were excellent and the beer was cold. Service was very good once we found someone..:) Highly recommend it for a sunny afternoon!!

It's a quiet place (here on a Thursday night and the first floor is barely half full). The food is great and decently priced (salads at $12, burgers at 13, up to steak at 23), the beer selection is decent, and the service is very good. If you want a quiet place that's comfortable and well priced ... well, this is it. Oh, and a secluded patio on the upper floor.

Excellent selection, delicious food, and a cozy layout. Upstairs has enough room for a small group gathering. Downstairs is perfect for a date night.

Can I rate less than 1 star? Avoid this place. What can I say? We waited an hour for the main course. Wait staff got my order wrong. Did not offer anything in return. Ended up with a seafood pasta dish that was overcooked. Asked for a change and waitress stomped away in a snit, presumably she was too busy to ensure her customers had a pleasant experience.

I ate a Deluxe burger (Paris style) served with French fried and Cesar salad: it was very good! Service is very nice. I recommend :)
