Food is good, and service is good too. Its your generic college bar. Nothing special..nonetheless a good time when nothing else is available.

Perfect place for hangin out w friends.
Specifically for games.

I personally didn't like the loud music. But it might be your favorite

I have been to the draught Horse on many occasions now and in my experience the service is very 'up- to-par'. A wide variety of drinks are available including: Beers ( bottled or draft) Alocohol ( mixed as well) and Wines . The Bartenders are very cordial and polite . Food can be delivered to you at the bar or at another susequent table surrounding making Draught Horse a great night out in the city!

My how it's changed in the past decade. One of the best unspoken beer lists. High end stouts and IPAs at a college bar, so they're rarely kicked.

Great location on slow nights, for optimal experience avoid white girl wednesdays and any of the nights where it fills up with jabronis.

College alumni bar, decent food and an okay draft list

Ordered the grilled chicken blt, the chicken tastes like turkey lunch meat and the entire dish was cold. I also had a rum punch or lack thereof... It was clearish purple and very syrupy. The bartender said he didn't really know how to make rum punch so he would make it his way, which I agreed with because I figured it would be done well. Bottom line if you dont drink beer I wouldnt recommend because you'll have to chug a couple brewskis to stomach the chicken blt!

Your Classic college bar for Temple students, only topped in collegeness by Maxi's. Happy to say the food and service are actually pretty good here. I've been here for multiple events both public and private and have never been disappointed, just stick to basic things like burgers, wings, & Fries.

If you can't figure out what to do during the week, definitely stop by for their White Girl Wednesday for a little hump day partying. Also always tons of Cheap drinks. I'll always stop by to catch up with friends or remember some college nights.

decent college sports bar with pretty good selection of draughts and all your classic liquor staples. the sweet potato fries are the best in Philly. everytime i'm here, i end up talking with complete strangers and its surprisingly fun and entertaining. a good spot to take a group too!

Their buffolo wings were really good. I asked for 10 wings but got 20 instead and got charged for 20 as well. That's why they're missing the 4th star. The atmosphere was okay it was better than most bars. It attracts the college crowd being so close to temple. They accept Dimonad dollars. Many tvs its a sports bar.

Fun college bar -- great specials. Tuesday Kareoke and 3 dollar long islands -- the best.

Kind of overpriced for what you get but the food is pretty good. It's a nice atmosphere, better than most other places around Temple campus...

They locked their doors at 11:00 when their sign clearly says 12:00

My two friends and I planned on joining friends and family earlier today for lunch at the Draught Horse. Upon arrival we were told that we could not sit at the table as our friends because they had already been seated even though there was seats available. Hoping to move to an outdoor table that could accommodate all 6 of us we walked to the outdoor seating area but were stopped by the a employee and told that he would not allow us to sit together. After telling him our situation he allowed us to sit down at the table but not before giving us some attitude and laughing at us. Once we sat down and ordered drinks out server informed us that we are not allowed to order drinks without getting food which was something we should have known prior to our order.

Overall poor service and hostility from employees will unfortunately result in my friends as well as myself never going back to the Draught Horse as well as informing others about the poor quality of service that is provided by such a well known establishment.

Very good college bar/restaurant. Nice selection of microbrews. Decent/good menu and food. Fun, sociable and reasonably priced. Always a great place for drinks and eats on a budget.

Pretty good bar especially when you consider limited selections around campus. Food is just average, but what you would expect from a college bar.

The food is good though I find it does take a little long for a college bar. They sometimes skimp out on particulars, like asking for a burger to be well done or even done comes back medium done.

The horse is pretty good. As a Temple student you can t really avoid going there. The good times I had at Wild Wednesday were really special. Everyone comes out for the $1 drinks. Now that I graduated I never go back there but I will always cherish my Wednesday night memories. Also, that guy Sean is pretty cool.

It has pretty good food and it's conveniently close to Temple. Not a huge selection, but what's there is good.

Good food, decent prices. The quality is pretty nice. Portions are large. And it's priced competitively to let people become regulars.

Excellent spot to go for the college kids if you want to still see the younger crowd party I would recommend it Friday nights in the weekend lots of Temple students in the house

Nice Bar located on Temple University's campus. Great place to meet up with friends and have a beer.

One of my preferred locations for quality Bar food. This location is one of my favorites. I'll return with my relatives. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

Excellent burgers done to our liking, and $3.50 for a Miller lite pounder! Great place, nice decor.

I went to this place with my friends casually on friday night.This place serves the best beer and tasty food. We enjoyed a lot as this place has it's own unique vibe. Everybody at this place was so happy and it was all a joyous evening.

Terrible service at the bar, had to wait 10 min. for a bartender to acknowledge us. Then most of the bears on the menu where not available. Tge chick wings were u der cooked and the bartender gave a weird explanation. Too much head on the beers .

We highly recommend the Draught Horse for their great service, food, and selection of beers on tap. Fun ambiance that s not just for local college students.

This is a decent lil spot to hit before the movies. They have some decent happy hour specials and really good burgers. Pretty sure they do food specials as well. Sports bar type atmosphere mainly catering g to he Temple U crowd so be aware of Temple games and general class in session times to factor in crowd level.

Great service, but not a fan of how they sell Buffalo wings by the pound

This is a great relaxing sports bar. They have daily drink specials with personable staff. It definitely caters largely to the Temple student population.

Nice place to go prior an event at the Liacouras center

Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Reasonable prices! I didn't drink anything but hot tea! But I will definitely partake in libations on my next visit...

Seems like a cool spot to down a beer or two, bartender was pretty cool too!

I used to be a regular here but after last night I will never come back again. I don t know his name but the Indian bartender with a beard here is unprofessional and rude. I waited 30 minutes for a drink and watched him serve 8 people while pretending like I didn t exist. When I complained he was ignoring me he told me to f off . If this is how they treat their regulars then I don t see them lasting long. Take your business elsewhere that values their customers and treats you with respect.

Other than on-campus locations, this one of the few places where you can sit down and get table service. Menu is standard bar menu... burgers, salads, beer. Don't expect much more. Don't order a Long Island Ice Tea. Nobody orders those anymore. Seriously. Nobody.
