have worked for The Dingley press in the past and it was a great experience, the other workers are nice for the most part, I worked on a binder stcking catalog Sheets it the binder so the catalogs could be made, I was payed 10$ an hour from Adecco.

Where to start? Well, it may as well be somewhere. Operator Terry screams at, and threatens intellectually challenged forklift driver, causing hostile/unsafe work environment. Supervisor Josh says he s gonna Talk to him , instead of walking him out, for causing such work conditions. Operator Joel put hands on the same individual, when he was a technician, who for being too slow at loading line . Supervisor Steve writes him up, instead of walking him out for causing hostile/unsafe work conditions. Lead driver Ryan acts like he s got something better he can be doing, because all he does is shrug off the same driver for trying to report the forklift as being broken/unsafe due to breaks not working properly. Maintenance does absolutely NOTHING to fix the forklift, after being left SEVERAL notes about the unsafe lift.

For now , only 4 because I haven't had the chance to meet all the GREAT workers and machines but I have head great things about this company . For their work family and home family. Will most definitely check back in 90 days. Looking forward to it!! <3

I worked as a temp through them and got paid good. Augusta-October 2020. I was treated fairly. Human resources here through Shawn and others stay on top of hiring and getting back to people quickly for interviews normally within 2 to 3 days of the application. Many other employers take 5 to 7.There's always overtime. Shifts they have 8 s and 12 s 1st 2nd 3rd. They do understand life and emergency like car trouble death in family child care. In fact why I was there my Grandfather went to heaven due to COVID at 89 and they gave me 3 days off I only took 2. On top of that I got calls and cards from staff and I was a temp through Bonney Staffing that meant alot to know they cared!! The pay here is better than average compared to other employers in Maine who do similar jobs except Portland(20 an hour ) Dingley its 14-18. per hour depending on shift and experience thats good considering Maines minimum wage is 12.15 as of January 1st 2021. The only thing I seen that needs work is something small and I know there aware of.because all the employees talk about it. During the busy season there's no consecutive days off. You get 1 to 3 days off a month during that time. People get burned out quickly and quit due to lack of time of and rest 2 days off a. month is tough when I was there I started with 13 other temps from Bonney and when I finished due to an Injury it was me and 2 other people. No time for rest family or have a balanced life. We all have life's outside of work I am married to my wife not my job.In order to combat that and I d suggest during the busy season July-Dec that they have or.add an additional 3 12 s.shift Friday Saturday and Sunday at like 20 an hour and do 6a-6p 6p-6a then a 9a-9p and 9p-9a. Work 3 off 4.work 4 off 3 I do it. Or 4 12 s I d do. Also they don't honor the Lords day Sunday so if your a person of faith they disregard it completely. They promote from within and there's room to learn and grow and so as I learn u get a 15.cent raise here a 25 cent here. They also do 6 month reviews which is good another chance for a raise. There benefits could be better if they shopped around and were competitive. Dingley s is though starting to listen more to the employees as a.result the negative Nelly culture is starting to change but it takes everyone from.top to.bottom. When office is closed I believe the doors should be closed and honlr more federal holidays. Other than that I highly recommend this place stop email.or call.todsy you could be working there soon.
