Life flows differently in the resort.

There is some room for improvment, but it is amazing nonetheless.

Nice resort, amazing beach perfect place to relax and do activities, food is also nice and the spa.

The only thing is the the free wifi works slow.

Wonderful gardens, the beach is an artifical lagoon where the water gets dirty every afternoon. Rooms are old and a bit shabby. Food is plenty but tasteless. Gets eaaily overcrowded. All in all between 3 and 4 stars really.

I have spent 5 days there. The resort was very large and have different destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but you could hear everyone who passed through the corridor.
They take preventive measures against Covid.
I don't like swimming in the lagoon as the water was not a clean and bad smell. But the beach on the open sea was good.
The food and restaurant were good, clean, many tables, quick services, variety of food.
The wifi coverage and orange network are down inside the room.

Where you can enjoy: lovely sandy capacious beach , different pools, delicious yummy food , wide green scenery ,lovely aqua and good rooms

A nice place to spend the week.
The good:
- very large resort with open spaces
- 3 swimming pools
- sea access with enclosed area for swimming and water-sports
- large selection of restaurants
- friendly staff
The bad:
- internet access (wi-fi) is only available at the reception, bars and restaurants and it s very slow
- safety at the water slides (Aqua Magic area) is not great - injured my legs due to shallow pool at the end
- food tends to be mass produced and therefore not really impressive
- the main restaurant (The Palm) is mostly overcrowded

Tips and tricks:
- tipping (fitting place to discuss :) ) is customary so you should carry change with you
- the Ultra-All-Inclusive is worth the price - you get access to multiple restaurants ( the Italian is always free) and breakfast on the beach at the seafood restaurant (must try the Egyptian breakfast)
- arrange your trips at the hotel for convenience but keep in mind that it s all negotiable

Pictures are intended to have the least amount of people in them, there are quite a few tourists there...

Very nice landscape.. lagoon is muddy .. some staff are rude especially at bars.. resort is huge .. food is average.. restaurant is very crowded.. room needs a renovation.. green areas are beautiful
