Great, outstanding customer service. Michael went far and beyond my expectation of taking care of our concerns. Very friendly and clean atmosphere. Outstanding workmanship. I would recommend Michael and his company in a heart beat.

My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and after only having it a week, we got caught in a hailstorm visiting family in Missouri. Needless to say, we were very upset, but what was more upsetting was having to find someone to repair it when we got back to Tampa. I met with a few people and body shops and the people that were dent repair guys were terrified to work on it because it was black and the hood was aluminum or the body shops would have to outsource to said dent repair guy to do the work because they didn t have anyone in house that could do hail damage repair. I came across The Dent Company while Googling to find a shop that had someone in house that could do hail damage repair. I immediately noticed that they had over 150 reviews that were all 5 stars. I gave them a call and went up to the shop the next day to meet Michael to take a look. This was the best decision I have ever made. Michael was very thorough with his estimate and took his time finding all the dings in our car. He wasn t afraid that it was black or had an aluminum hood because he had over 20 years of experience fixing hail damage. The work was done quickly and perfectly. Our Tahoe looks better now than it did when we bought it because of the great work done by Micheal and The Dent Company. I can not recommend them enough. I had a wonderful experience at The Dent Company. From the very first moment, I had a first class experience. The premises are immaculately kept and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. They were able to repair the dent in my car and made it look like new again. Later when there was a problem with one of my door locks (that my car dealer was going to fix under my car s warranty), Michael encouraged me to bring my car back. He fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. This was amazing to me because the dealer misdiagnosed the problem and said it was a faulty actuator and that they would have to break my door panel to fix the problem. In addition, they said it would take three days to get the new panel in. This was terrible news because I m an Uber driver and I couldn t drive because the door couldn t be opened and was a safety hazard. But when I brought my car back, Michael pulled my car into the garage and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and performed the work in my presence. He explained the components of the door and actually showed me what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. In fact, it was a loose cable, and no, the door panel did not have to be broken in order to repair it. In no time at all, the problem was fixed and I was on my way at no charge. I could not be happier with the service I received and I highly recommend this company!!!!

World Class Quality and Service! Michael at The Dent Company should be the gold standard for PDR (Paintless Dent Repair). I've been around auto body repair my entire life as my father is a retired ASE certified master technician, and he told me to give PDR a try. We were both skeptical as my door was backed into in a parking lot and hit right on the intrusion beam that runs horizontally through the middle of the door. It was ugly! I brought my Camaro in for a quote on a Monday. Michael explained in detail, without sugar coating it, what needed to be done to fix my car. In my case, the door needed to be removed from the vehicle to gain proper access and leverage the drain holes on the bottom of the door. There was no other way to do it. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning and Michael called me back before the day was over. He was able to remove all of the dents and creases. He even posted the process on Instagram as he was doing the repair. The Dent Company's 5.0 star rating is legit, and this place still doesn't get enough love it deserves. This place is a gem. Give Michael a call for a quote if you have very low speed impacts (dings or creases). If he call fix it, he'll be straight up and honest with you.

I brought my Lexus RC F to The Dent Company and I made the right decision. Michael s work is impeccable and he is a true professional. His shop is clean and well ran. If you want your car repaired correctly, Michael is the man to see. I won t take this car or any car in the future to anyone else.

Wow, wow , wow! I ended up at the dent co after a google search and after calling a couple other mobile dent repair co I called Michael at the dent co .. I sent him some pics and he quoted me a range so I went up.. took him 15/20 min and he even spotted another small dink close to the one he was repairing and fixed that at no charge . There is absolutely no evidence that a dink ever existed and mine was bout the size of a nickel. I would never choose another company ..

We had a nasty door dent (not ding, but a large dent) in our Tesla Model X and we were very hesitant to let a body shop touch it. We were referred to Michael by Eric at Auto Paint Guard and we couldn t be happier! He managed to squeeze us in the same day as our window tinting appt, which saved us a second trip to Tampa, which we greatly appreciated.

Michael is an artist with metal. My truck was brand new with only 150 miles on it when someone in a parking lot hit the side of my passenger door. Not only did Michael fix the dent, he made it look better then when I bought it. The process he uses to fix dents is like a work of art. I will be honest I thought I would be able to see some kind of evidence that the dent was there. I was proven wrong. His entire staff starting with him are the most extremely professional and go out of their way to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If you want to keep your car in factory shape do not go to a body shop take it to him and you will not regret it.

The entire process was smooth and easy. Michael assessed the damage to my passenger side door and immediately went to work fixing it. There were a few scratches in the paint that he buffed out and touched up. Bottom line when I left 30 minutes later you d never know my car had been dented. I highly recommend this service.

We scheduled an appointment within a few days. I went in to get the dent removed and touched up. He did a wonderful job and my Suburban looks great. They were friendly and did amazing work. Had an oddly placed dent area on my 2019 Kia. TDC was very professional, explained the process thoroughly, gave me an estimate and timeframe. Had great email communication over a weekend and he was able to accommodate my schedule for the following week. Car was dropped of as discussed and was ready one day early. Work was fantastic. Looks factory fresh.
You get what you pay for in life. If TDC is very slightly higher priced than competitors then in my opinion TDC is worth it. Work was flawless, very clean shop and a man that takes pride in his work. I highly recommend.

Michael did an outstanding job of removing a deep dent from the aluminum hood of my car. In assessing the damage and explaining what needed to be done, he exuded confidence without appearing arrogant. His expertise in removing dents is almost magical. This is going to be a little long because I think there are many that are looking for what The Dent Company has to offer and may identify with the quest that led me here.

After a recent mishap, I ended up with an 11 dent in my driver s side door. Of course to make matters worse, it just had to be right on a body line. Although the paint was not scratched or chipped, it was still a significant dent. I went to several body shops to get an estimate. They ranged from $700 to $925. All stated the same thing. Pull the dent, fill, sand and repaint the driver s door and blend the paint into the back door.

It was not what I wanted. I wanted the dent to disappear, with no bondo or painting. I had seen a few videos on YouTube of something called paintless dent removal . One of the repair shops I went to even advertised they offer it as a method of repair. When I inquired about it, they said my dent was not a candidate because it had screwed up the body line and caused a misalingment between the front and rear door panels. They said at best maybe a 75% restoration going that route. That is why they recommended the traditional dent repair.

While I was discouraged by that conversation, I decided to call one of the mobile paintless dent removal people listed on Angie s list that had good reviews. I sent him some pictures and he gave me a preliminary quote and we set a time for him to come out and perform the repair. Upon arrival and closer inspection he said he couldn t do the repair. He showed me there was a metal support bar that was directly behind the dent. It would not allow him to work it out in a mobile environment.

He said the only possibility would be to take it to a shop that specializes in paintless dent removal . He said, at a minimum, the door would have to come off the car and the inside door panel would need to be removed to expose the support bar to see if the dent could even be removed. He wrote down the name Michael Good and a phone number on the back of one of his cards.

As he handed it to me he didn t sound all that hopeful. He said he didn t know if Micheal would take on the job, but he jokingly told me if I mentioned that he was unable to remove the dent, that maybe Micheal would do so just to prove it could be done. Then he said, seriously, Micheal is the best there is in the bay area and if anyone can fix it he can . He went on to tell me Michael s father was a pioneer in paintless dent repair.

Any how, I looked up the number online and found it belonged to The Dent Company . I found their website and saw some before and after pics of examples of their work and read some of their reviews and my hope was renewed. So I decided to stop by the next day and talk to them and see what they had to say.

First thing I noticed upon arrival was the class of cars he was working on and how clean his shop was. Not your typical body shop. People who own high end cars tend to be very picky about who works on them and this is where they obviously take their cars. Although my 2015 Ford Fusion looked a little out of place compared to the other cars...I am equally picky. Micheal never made me feel anything less than appreciative of my business. He was pleasant, attentative and extremely accommodating.

He gave me a quote that was on the lower range of the traditional dent repair quotes I had recieved. We set up a date for the repair. When the call came telling me my car was ready, I have to admit I was a little excited, but I kept telling myself not to let my expectations get too high as I didn t want to be disappointed. After all I had been previously told by another body shop 75% was the best I could expect.

So I walked into the shop and the first thing I notice is my car is amazingly showroom clean as though it had been detailed on the outside. I walked around to the driver s side and the dent was literally gone. I got down on one knee and closed my eyes and ran my fingers along where the dent was. Both the body line and misalignment of the front and rear door panels were like it never happened. Magic!!!

Michael has done exemplary work on my Blazer multiple times. The customer service is above reproach and the dent repair is flawless. I would highly recommend them if you have any dings or scratches on your vehicle.

I highly recommend the Dent Company. I took my 2006 Sequoia there to remove a significant dent and broken tail light. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and by early afternoon it was completely repaired and looked good as new, The owner Michael is a true professional. I feel like I received high quality work at reasonable and fair price. I will without question use the Dent Company again.

This place is amazing. I brought my 2019 Charger (red) to the shop for a small ding I had in the driver door. I called ahead and got a rough estimate, but when I arrived they put the light on it and it revealed I was off with my size estimation (typical guy problem, right?.... :)

Anyways, Michael politely explained that the repair would cost slightly more, (but not much at all) and explained (in detail) why. The ding in my door was very deep and sharp, and I wasn't able to see that until they put the special light on it. Overall, the adjusted price was very reasonable... very.

The experience was very friendly from start to finish. The facility is immaculate! They have a waiting room there, but I decided to go for a walk. When I pulled up (unannounced) he pulled a guy off another project and put him right on mine. I would never expect that from anyone, but that was awesome of him to do that.

They told me it would take about 90 minutes to complete the job. Honestly, I was skeptical of this estimation because there was no way that dent was coming out that fast. As it turns out, I was right... except they actually got it done in less than 60 minutes.

When I arrived back at the shop, I looked at that door from every single angle... with the special light... and could not find any sign of the damage. (I even went over it again at home and have yet to find it.) The repair is literally 100% perfect. Those guys could have pulled a prank on me and told me it was the other door I asked them to fix and they could have pulled it off because there is literally no indication anywhere of the previous damage or repair. Incredible craftsmenship.

After I looked at my car, Michael didnt rush me out of the shop. I spoke with him for a few minutes going over the basic concepts of paintless dent repair. He also showed me some other projects he was working on (including a McClaren) that was in the shop.

Overall, I am definately coming here for any paintless dent repair in the future. Hands down, the best in the business. I'll have to bring him something a little more challenging next time.

I called Michael on Monday morning after sending a picture of my 2 week old black colored new car that had a run in with a nasty palm seed. There was a dent and small scratch right in the middle of the hood :( Michael told me to just bring my car in and he could take care of it for me. No need to make an appointment?? Nope, just bring it in. Michael is very personable and professional with a shop that is spotless!!! Fifteen minutes and less than $100 later, my car was new again!! Perfect!! My only regret is that I didn't know about this business earlier. Extremely rare to find a business that does a great job, doesn't make you wait on them forever and is reasonably priced. Trust the five star ratings!! You won't be disappointed.

I have a 2001 Jaguar XKR that is a very nice and well kept car. Unfortunately a tree limb fell on the trunk lid denting it and later someone ( I suspect my mechanic) dented the tip of my right front quarter panel. I took the car to Mike at The Dent Shop and he completely removed the dents. They have a very clean shop and really know their stuff. I highly recommend them if you have a nice car and have dents that don t require paint. They are not cheap but their work is excellent.

When a shopping cart came rolling and smashed into my car causing a 5" dent, I really didn t know what to do. I had been trying to find a decent dent repair in my area as I had a previous dent repaired incorrectly. I got the run around by a few mobile repair places before reaching out The Dent Company. Micheal responded promptly and professionally to my online inquiry. I wasn t so sure when I saw the shop was off Nebraska Ave but was pleasently surprised upon arrival. They specialize in high end cars/services and I was treated no differently when I brought in my F150 for a minor door ding. They were courteous, professional and excellent with the execution of my repair. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will return for additional repairs and services I may need in the future.

Finding a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) shop in Tampa Bay was not easy as I had recently moved from Colorado where quarter-sized hail had impacted most of the body panels on my 2016 VW GTI along with thousands of other vehicles causing auto body repair shops to be booked months out, but I knew I wanted an actual PDR shop not a mobile guy accustomed to fixing a couple of dents on a vehicle.

Fortunately I found Michael at The Dent Company on Nebraska Avenue. Dropped by one day - Michael the owner welcomed me, opened the shop door so I could pull my vehicle right in to be thoroughly examined by them at that moment. Tommy and Michael both went over my car thoroughly marking up the damaged areas while I waited just as Progressive's National Catastrophe Team had in August 2018 in Colorado. Michael then presented me with reasonable repair estimate and I agreed to bring my GTI back for the work to completed. Throughout the process from my initial visit to picking up my GTI today, Michael's communication was fantastic. Today my 2016 VW GTI looks nearly as good as the day I brought it home - of course I have been living with the hail damage for 5 months which really hit me when I saw it completed by The Dent Company. He fixed a couple of very difficult door dings on the creases in my car doors and front & rear quarter panel wheel wells as well! They completed the work on the roof, hood, side body panels and rear lift gate in 2 days!

I highly recommend The Dent Company to anyone wanting to restore their vehicle's condition after damage - by the way, the shop had Porsches, BMWs, a McLaren as well as other high end vehicles in various stages of completion - Michael and Tommy treated me just as they would those owners. These guys run a very professional operation. They fixed a dent on my car and it turned out perfect. In addition I was late to pick up my vehicle. I showed up 30 minutes after closing time on a Friday night and the owner still took time to show me how he fixed my dent as well as some other projects they were working on. Michael is a magician. I texted pictures of 4 dings on the panel above the rear tire on my Mustang to several mobile dent removers and nobody wanted the job. They all said it was too difficult. I called on a Thursday to see about getting a ding removed from the hood of my brand new SUV. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could have it looked at right away. Mike was able to complete the repair in about 30-35 minutes. His work is superb, upon a very close inspection, the ding was completely gone, no sign whatsoever that the ding ever existed.

The original recommendation to repair my vehicle's door dent was to disassemble the door, repair the dent, re-paint the door and re-assemble. The Dent Company repair was much less intrusive. With only careful corrections using an existing drain hole and some dry sanding the dent disappeared in less than an hour. The next time I require a repair, I expect to give them a try first.

I have acquired several vehicles over the years & I maintain them to a fault. I have personally taken care of them and have tried numerous high end auto detailing/body repair shops that came highly recommended. I can say without question Michael Good and the Dent Company are by far the best shop I have the pleasure of working with! The work they perform is second to NONE! Shop is spotless as are their employees. Prices are extremely fair, shop is always full with cars that range from $10K to $3M. I drive from Safety Harbor to the other side of Tampa which is inconvenient, but I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Two thumbs up!!!

I took my truck in for an estimate after receiving some hail like damage from a storm and found Michael and his wife to be very friendly and professional. I thought that the estimate I received was fair so the following week I dropped it off to be repaired. It was done right on time and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Michael's skills are outstanding. I highly recommend their services.
Update - Today on my way home from Sarasota I noticed a quarter size dent in my hood. After thinking for a few minutes I realized I put it there. In a bit of a panic I called Michael and explained the damage over the phone. I asked if he had time to look at it and he said sure just come on over to the shop. I arrived and he promply had me pull inside so he could take a look. Shortly thereafter he said he could fix it and he could do it while I waited. 30 minutes or so later he was done and as before all signs of the dent were gone. Needless to say I very pleased that an hour after I discovered the damage it was gone. I can't stress enough how pleasent of an experience it is to do buisiness with The Dent Company.

The Dent Company did an outstanding job repairing the hood of my brand new 2017 Chevy Volt. A ladder fell on the hood of my car in the garage leaving two significant crease like dents and one smaller dent on the hood of my new car. All of the body shops I went to wanted to replace the hood which was very expensive. Michael Good looked at it and provided a much lower cost estimate to repair the car. The work took less than a day to complete the repairs. I was absolutely amazed at the excellent job that was done as the car looked new again due to the extremely high quality work that Michael Good did on my car. And it saved me a couple thousand dollars not having to replace the hood. I would highly recommend the Dent Company as they were honest and provided superior work in the repair of my car. The repair work to my car was done in December 2017.

Cleanest shop I have ever seen! I had a small dent from backing into a tree and they repaired it while I waited. It is perfect! Owners and employees all very professional and very nice. A first class operation!

Got home from playing golf and saw that someone had dented the top portion of the passenger side wheel well on my Mustang GT. Looked like they had cut their wheel too soon when backing out. The dent was winkled, flattened out the body crease. and left white paint over the dent. I was able to get the whit paint off using Goof-Off, WD40 and Meguiar's wax. Fortunately my paint was still intact .

I didn't want to go the traditional body shop route because it would have ended up with about half my car being repainted. My Mustang only had 14,000 miles on it and up to then had been like factory new.

I took it to Mike Good at Tampa Dent Repair to see if he could fix it with paintless dent repair . He explained what would be involved with fixing it and said he was sure he could bring it back and save the factory original paint but he would need at least two days to work on it. It was a lot more involved than I thought it would be. Looking around his shop I saw a brand new red Ferrari, an Audi and a new Honda in for repair. I figured if somebody trusted him with a Ferrari, I could trust him with my Mustang.

When I went to pick it up I was amazed. The dent was completely gone and the body lines back like they should be. I challenge anyone to look at both sides of the car and tell me which side was repaired. Its that good. I have to mention that both Mike and his wife are 100% customer oriented and friendly. They make a great team. Also, his shop is spotless. The sign of a true professional. I hope I don't have to go back but if I get another dent there is no question where I'm going. Straight back to the Dent Company. Great job Mike. You are a Craftsman and a bit of an artist too.

Was a little leery of all the glowing reviews, but decided to give it a try. Took my Mercedes into Michael with a 9" dent on the rear quarter panel. Had to leave it for the day. Was called the next day to let me know it was all done.
I have to say I was amazed when I picked up my car. There was absolutely no evidence I ever had that large 9" dent. The car looked as good as new.
Color me leery no longer. Michael will be my go to for any dent I may have in the future. Excellent workmanship!

Michael helped me when my 22 year old son scraped a pole on the right side of my car while pulling into a parking space. My son was on his way to his first job interview so he was pretty nervous and his judgement was not the best. Michael rubbed some compound on the area and most of the scratches magically disappeared! I tried pay him something for his effort but he wouldn't take any money. So nice to know that there are wonderful people out there willing to help!
