We are recent arrivals and have been warmly received. Plenty of activities and the food is excellent, exceeding our expectations.

There is no place like home...at The Cypress! Wonderful management, the most friendly and professional staff and the great gourmet meals at the 5-Star diningroom! Plenty of activities, and most of all the congeniality of the residents. The Cypress is fundamentally the happiest place to live!

Every day is a sunny day at The Cypress of Charlotte! The welcoming warmth of our fellow residents, the natural beauty of the campus, delicious food, and the caring staff make living here wonderful. Wonderful staff, and food. The whole place was clean and refreshing.

My wife and I loved it when we first visited after looking at ten other CCRCs and still love it! Moved in mid-July and enjoy the service, grounds, dining experience, amenities and activities as well as the luxurious surroundings and our apartment. Plenty of friendly neighbors with interesting stories to tell. Do visit the Cypress if you are considering such a move CCRC.

Move N as soon as eligible, 2 enjoy longer & improve the quality & longevity of life! Excellent diversity of residents from myriad backgrounds comprise a rich tapestry of residents. More activities, programs, & road trips R available than which 1 can possibly participate at any given time. Delicious variety of menus offered in the various dining venues. Beautifully landscaped grounds provide delightful views as well as paved pathways throughout for as much fresh air and exercise as 1 chooses 2 utilise. Quite literally all services needed are available within the community. A dedicated & responsive staff addresses every request discreetly in a timely manner, sometimes even before 1 realises the need. The best gift 1 can give themselves AND their children, the peace of mind knowing their loved 1s R N a safe environment, well cared for with as much socialisation & activity as they would like. Apply, prepare 2 move asap!

Pleasant great facilities good service and food. . Problem is that they don t have assisted living area like most other retirement communities in Charlotte do - -meaning an area for people
Needing more help than living isolated in condo - an in between type Situation serving those who are not ready for their Stewart center which is for more severe disability. Also seems the Stewart center is short on rooms so I heard they are doubling up. I think There have been plans to build something like this but they have been doing other building first

The Cypress does an excellent job at taking care of the members and especially during the pandemic. They kept us safe and offered amazing service!

Wonderful community! It is evident by the caring staff that they truly love what they do. The campus is exquisite, the homes impeccable and the members are always busy with any number of interesting activities and outings. Oh, and the food is incredible! Some of the best in Charlotte. Great option for today's senior. Everything you need in one place and the comfort of knowing your family won't have to worry. Would recommend!

The Cypress is a fabulous to live - a cruise on land! Impeccable service, always delicious food, many daily activities - and trips! There are a variety of exercise opportunities, and the pool always awaiting. The grounds are immaculate, perfectly beautiful including a lovely lake for an afternoon stroll. I have particularly enjoyed reconnecting with many acquaintances from my past. My husband and I considered and compared other retirement homes and the Cypress always came on top! Come join us...
