The staff are incredible here!! The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so I can't comment on the older rooms, but they are truly making the effort to make improvements. The Crosswinds restaurant was great as well.
I come here every year... it is a wonderful place. The staff is super accommodating. Friendly. Welcoming. Its a wonderful stay.
Its clean. It has accommodations. It's wonderful.
Its also close... to everything. Even the highway. And the air port.

Wow the remodel really added the finishing touches on what is a now very nice hotel. The staff here is TOP notch. That includes the GM, and the young woman working the bar. Exceptional service, that rivals that of a 5 star hotel. The location is lackluster but if I'm in town for work I'm so excited to get to stay here.
Booked two rooms in September, 2018. As Spire Elite was "guaranteed" early check in. Rooms not ready on arrival. Rooms not ready 30 minutes later as promised. Rooms not ready 3 hours later, well after normal check in time. If instead of teasing us with sooner than reality promises we would have loaded up my 93 year old father back into the van to go for lunch and would not have stayed waiting in lobby for hours. Other than that the 2 rooms were fine except for one missed area of cleaning in my room. Our dog loved the stay and the grounds were very well maintained. Staff were very personable but the manager needed to step in for the trainee. Also, sign at main entrance really needs to be illuminated to find this place and it was not. Overall stay was 4* just need to be up front about waits.
I usually go here for RIBC Blood Drives. Hotel staff is always pleasant and the hotel is always clean. These blood drives are usually held in the back of the hotel. So you do have to pass through the hotel which enables you to see the hotel/bathrooms.
I was there for an event. Every single member of the staff was friendly and courteous. The event room, hallways, and bathroom were immaculate. The food was very good, and it was presented beautifully. If you're going to have an event, this place would be a good consideration.
Everything was good except the warm was NOT hot... it took a long time to heat up...
Very accommodating and polite food and entertainment is great I went when they had a rock concert and had a wonderful time
