I ordered a package of wipes since May 2020 and to date I have not received them. US Creek robbed me $55 and have made several excuses about a shipment which never left Thailand. This is a bogus, dishonest company that used the COVID-19 pandemic to scam seniors like me and others. Punishment needs to be handed down to people like US Creek who have no conscience nor regard for the laws of the land. I am totally disgusted and disappointed with US Creek.

I bought a Creek Company 420 Ultralight a couple of years ago from Cabelas. Because of a faulty design, the bladders would constantly slip out of position and I couldn't fill them with air while out on the water. I used this boat for backpacking to high mountain lakes-- which often have cold water.
Because of the large delta-T between the air and cold water, the air in the bladders would substantially contract and I'd be at the mercy of wind/waves until I could get to shore to fill them. The next year, they changed their faulty design to an external valve design. I contacted Creek Company requesting that they swap my boat for the functional newer model. Long story short, they refused to acknowledge my complaint and never tried to work with me-- even though it was a matter of safety. I do not recommend purchasing from a company that has poor customer service. I would have been willing to pay a fee to swap the boat, but all I got were snarky email responses from Creek Company customer service.
Aside from the bladders and customer service the boat works great. However, there are ultralight float tubes in the same price range that are WAY lighter like the Wilderness Light Backpacker Pro and the Outcast Trinity. I have since bought another ultralight boat from a different company and it works great. More importantly I haven't had any issues with the bladders slipping to the point where I can't inflate them on the water.
I had purchased a float tube that Creek Company manufactures. The zipper of the cover which holds the inflatable tubes in place malfunctioned. After contacting their service department, Dave responded and was very helpful. Very impressed and so pleasurable to work with an American company that makes their products here in the USA.
I've had the 8' pontoons for just under a year and I love them. They're super light, bombproof, and relatively inexpensive. Had to deal with customer service once and they were superb. My buddie's got an ancient set of 16'ers on his three man drift boat and they are still solid after 10+ years of fishing. A+++
Don t bother ordering from this company. Placed order May 6th and was advised that should receive from 5-8 days. When it didn t come in 2 weeks, emailed them. Got an email back in 2 days and said it would take a little longer.....another 5 business days. Waited 7 days and tried to email them with no response. Turns out their product is coming from Malaysia Obviously by row boat. Called my credit card company and they credited my account. Like I said......don t bother.
I placed an order with them for over a thousand dollars and they left out a $50 dollar item (emergency patch kit) and refused to respond to my emails about the missing items. AND if you try and call them the phone number is disconnected!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
I can't tell you how many times I have emailed them and heard no response. I ordered a float tube that got a tear at the seam shortly after purchase. After emailing the first time, someone responded once for me to send photos and then I never heard anything after that. It's been many months and I'm still stuck with a damaged boat and no customer support whatsoever. And their phone number doesn't work so you can't call! Terrible company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
