Big car park, room, good central base for walking. Tasty breakfast, paid for pool/sauna/steam room thought nice touch leaving water and cups but WAS FROM LAST PEOPLE! Went to spa reception for some but no one there, this morning she said she finished at 5.30pm, could've said! Was double bed but the quickly changed to two singles, good social distances and masks required

Came in for a spa day and was shown around by Olivia who was so attentive to us. The facilities were absolutely amazing, and the service was incredible. We were offered fresh water and robes that felt like dressing gowns. Would highly recommend, will definitely be coming again!

Fantastic staff. Spotless and covid secure. We felt totally safe after 6 months in shielding. Would definitely recommend and go again.

We really enjoyed our little break away. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was set up so that we felt safe during this pandemic. Dinner was excellent and good value for money. All in all we would recommend this hotel and will certainly be back.
