Very skilled professional folks. We were really impressed by their work and the attention to detail that the crew restored on our windows. It is very difficult to find good, honest, and trustworthy window restoration company. We are glad that we found the Craftsmen Group. We highly recommend the company. But one thing to keep in mind, nothing comes for free. Window restoration, especially for historical restoration, requires very particular skills that come with years of experience and knowledge. So, whoever decide to have this work done on his/her house has to be mentally and financially committed to go through this sometimes seemingly "painful" process. Luckily, our experience has proven it worthy.
The worst customer service imaginable. No communication for weeks, and then we find out they won't even do the job the had committed to do. Big waste of time, stay away.
