This beautifully restored warehouse set in the Finger Lakes Region was perfect spot for our wedding. We absolutely loved having our reception at the Cracker Factory. We could not have asked for a more perfect space. We wanted somewhere that was simple and understated, that could be decorated but didn't need to be, where all of our guests could be in one space together, and that was architecturally intriguing. The Cracker Factory achieved all of this and more. We got so many compliments from guests as to the unique space that we had found and the back patio was an amazing addition! Maggie, Amy, & Brandon were so wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful. They worked well with all of our vendors and were extremely helpful and responsive at all points in the wedding planning process. We could not recommend The Cracker Factory will always hold a very special place in our hearts & we could not recommend it more!

Without question, our wedding was something out of a dream. The Cracker Factory is such a beautiful venue. Every detail is unique and like nothing else we had seen in our area. We knew right away that it was going to be perfect for our big day. Working with Amy, Brandon and Maggie was not only super easy, but so much fun. They were very calm, cool and collected. If we had questions or concerns, we got answers right away. They take a lot of pride in The Cracker Factory and the work they do there. They were a HUGE reason why our day was so perfect. Honestly, if I could give them more stars on here, I would.

The Cracker Factory is a truly amazing and unique venue that hosted both our Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Our event had just under 250 guest and went off seamlessly from start to finish. We had many guest from out of town who couldn't have better things to say about the venue and how the gallery was setup for our wedding. A great venue in the Geneva area that gave our guest plenty of other things to do over the course of our special weekend. From the ceiling lights, to the bar offering and floor layout, everything turned out perfectly! In addition, working with Amy and Brandon was very easy and stress free through the entire process. They are constantly working to make sure your experience is the best one possible. A must see venue if you're looking for something to have just your reception or both the ceremony and reception at!

The second story of this space is BEYOND AMAZING. It is the perfect amount of Shabby-Chic and has TONS of room. I held my wedding and reception in this space with about 250 people. The owners are very awesome. I would recommend this space to a friend!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Maggie, Amy and Brandon were a treat to work with. They answered my endless questions and provided a beautiful venue for our ceremony and reception. Our guests loved it! And the bar was great too, lots of drink options.

We were so happy with The Cracker Factory from start to finish! My husband and I met in college in Geneva and were looking for a venue there that was a little more unique and modern than a traditional winery space. The Cracker Factory is gorgeous, and Amy and Brandon were great to work with -- they were accommodating and gave us layout ideas, and had really strong relationships with all our vendors, which made the logistics super easy. They are hands on and helpful, but also extremely relaxed, for the perfect mix of getting things done and keeping everyone at ease. Having both the ceremony and reception there went really smoothly, and all our guests raved about how beautiful everything was. As a plus, the acoustics in the space are really nice, so we didn't need a microphone for our ceremony singers or our officiant. We took a few photos in the unfinished upstairs space as well, which turned out to be a gorgeous spot. Overall, we are about as happy as you can be with how everything turned out. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception here for 120 guests. It is truly a beautiful and unique event space. Every single guest complimented on how wonderful the venue was. When we were venue hunting , my fiance and I wanted something spacious to fit 150 plus guests. Not only did the Cracker Factory fit enough people but we were able to create our own layout and theme. Amy and Brandon were great to work with. They went beyond to be helpful and we always felt welcomed. They were always upfront of what could and could not be done ...that means a lot when you plan a wedding far away ! Also really good open bar and they even made us a cool specialty cocktail on our wedding day. If you're considering a wedding where you can bring in your own vision stop by and give this place a chance .

Amy and Maggie at the Cracker Factory were incredible to work with in preparing for our big day. They were flexible with our needs and made sure that they did everything in their power to ensure everybody at our massive reception was well taken care of. They run a tight ship and make sure that they are being realistic with the expectations of the event, but even so, they far exceeded our expectations.

Having our wedding at the Cracker Factory on 10/24/2020 was one of the best decisions of our entire planning process for our wedding. Maggie was incredible from the very beginning. Before the global pandemic hit, she was extremely helpful in the planning process. During the pandemic and several changes from NY regulations and rules, Maggie stayed up to date with the current regulations and was extremely helpful throughout the process. She helped to ensure our guests were safe and following the rules, while having an incredible time. In addition, we did our first look there and I cannot wait to see the gorgeous pictures! Maggie was super organized and helpful throughout the process. She responded to emails within a timely manner and ensured everything went perfectly. Family and friends told us how hospitable she was. The drinks were also AMAZING. Our photographers raved about the venue. Everyone had a wonderful day. Thanks to Maggie, Brandon, and Amy for making our 50 person wedding one to remember forever! I would recommend the Cracker Factory in a heartbeat! (Photos by Larkin & Trevor Photography)

Amazing venue! We got married in July and it was absolutely beautiful. Maggie was awesome to work with, went above and beyond to help out and always responded to emails timely. Would highly recommend venue!

The venue is really awesome and unique. If I could only base my experience on beauty, I would highly recommend, but that's not the case. The owner, Amy, has poor communication skills, has no hospitality, and lacks the ability to facilitate a venue. There are many hidden "rules" that are not stated in the contract and she talks down to guests and clients. I would never recommend anyone to hold an event like a wedding here. Very pricy, they nickel and dime you for everything, and extremely difficult to work with. At the end of the event we addressed our concerns with Amy and her response, was unapologetic for breaking things in the contract and her unpleasant personality. Instead her response was "we just were not the venue for you." So please rethink signing any contract and booking your event with them. We have never experienced this level of unprofessinalism that we paid greatly for!

Maggie, Brandon and Amy are great! Our guests were blown away by the venue and the atmosphere and we had a day that was beyond perfect. They are very honest and up front about pricing use of the space and let us go all around the building for pictures after the ceremony. In a pinch the cater didn't serve the cake and Amy was on it setting up a table and putting cake out on to it. Lovely people and a lovely place.

This is such a wonderful venue! First of all, the owners and managers are just great people, very easy to communicate and work with to plan your event. We had our business' 40th anniversary party here. What I loved about it is that it's beautiful but also unpretentious. Everyone felt welcome even if they were dressed casually. There is a lot of space but somehow it feels intimate. Our guests were just wowed by the venue and many said they wished they had known about it for other parties they had. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at The Cracker Factory and couldn't have been more pleased with the venue, the owners Amy and Brandon, and the coordination. We live out of state and Amy was incredibly helpful in making sure that we were able to have vendors see the space and setting up the space per our wishes. The venue is a beautiful backdrop for a reception - we were able to have 170 guests, two bars, dance floor, and corn hole, shuffle board and a large photo booth. Amy and Brandon were available and responsive leading up to the night and throughout the event. We couldn't have been more pleased!

I first found this venue through an Instagram post and knew that it was exactly what I wanted. It was the first and only venue that I visited and I picked it without my now husband even seeing it. Amy and Brandon were extremely helpful and responsive leading up to the event and were able to offer up great suggestions in terms of different places that they have worked with before. The staff was helpful and accommodating all day and my guests really enjoyed engaging with them. The space is as beautiful as it is unique. My guests are still talking about the space!

My fiance and I booked this venue after seeing photos of a friends wedding and falling in love with the space. It looked just too cool to pass up! Amy and Brandon were really great to work with. We had some issues with the caterer we brought in, but Amy was totally on top of things making sure they had everything they needed. The furnature they provide is beautiful, the bar is gorgeous, and the globe lights and make you feel like you're in a dream. Our guests said they had never seen anything like it - they were so impressed. We really enjoyed working with Amy and Brandon, and could not be happier with how the evening turned out. They were around the entire night making sure everything went well, and were so helpful running the elevator for our guests who couldn't take the stairs. Overall, it was everything we could hope for in a venue.

Everything we ever could have imagined and so much more! Amy and Brandon were a pleasure to work with! Incredibly helpful and supportive the entire year! We are truly grateful they have open their home and space for others to create lasting memories. The space is one of a kind and absolute beautiful! We do it all over again! Thank you!

I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone for their wedding!!!! Amy and Brandon were so wonderful to work with and I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding for almost 200 people during Labor Day weekend. I never felt cramped for space and the ability to create your own size dance floor was really a selling point for us. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the variety of craft beer and wine choices and I have never been to a wedding with that much of a selection. It is such an open space with endless possibilities to make it fit your own style for your special day. I was able to decorate it just the way I wanted. Amy even took my husband and I out onto the back deck that was so cutely decorated for some more pictures before the sun went down. I am so glad that I found this hidden gem!

This place is THE BEST. We were fortunate to have our rehearsal dinner at The Cracker Factory and were frankly, thrilled with everything. From the first time we toured, Maggie was on top of her game, showing us around, fielding questions, and accommodating our many requests. The space is absolutely stunning and our guests all raved about how unique the setting was. The execution of the evening was flawless--the addition of game rentals was a blast for all of our guests, and served as a fun ice breaker. Possibly the greatest part is the thoughtfully curated bar full of many local beverages, with a menu that dazzled even our most hipster-cool buds. The staff is amazing, the space is unreal and the process imperceptibly smooth. We highly, highly recommend.

Such an amazing space for any event! I have attended various events in this space, including concerts, art gallery showings, film festivals, dance performances, print workshops, and weddings. Each time, I was blown away by the quality of event and professionalism of its proprietors.

The Cracker Factory is a gorgeously repurposed venue with a unique look and tons of charm. The factory was used to manufacture cutlery through the Second World War, but the building has recently been transformed into a furniture shop, letterpress studio, and event space by its new owners. I've been to art shows, film screenings, and musical performances in the event space there and have loved the fantastic southern exposure, hardwood floors (perfect for dancing), and the industrial-chic vibe the Cracker Factory is known for. My husband and I were married before I moved to Geneva--so we haven't attended a wedding there yet--but maybe we'll book the Cracker Factory for our anniversary! They work with an absolutely fantastic catering company (run by Master Som Christopher Bates) and are generally delightful to work with. In all of my interactions with the proprietors, Amy especially, I've found them to be warm and personable people. Though the Cracker Factory is a workplace as well as a venue space, during events the proprietors have set clearly defined boundaries about what is and isn't accessible to the public. But the place is so HUGE you'll never notice how much more there is beyond the event space unless you go on a tour. All in all I would highly recommend using The Cracker Factory for your next event.

Went there for a wedding. It was nice, but the climate control was wacky. One end of the building was really warm and the other end was fairly chilly. The staff was great - very friendly and accommodating.

The Cracker Factory is a one of a kind venue which amazed our friends and family from near and far! Our son and daughter-in-law s wedding reception took place at Cracker Factory and provided close to 200 guests a beautiful backdrop to enjoy a true gem in Geneva, NY. Amy and Brandon were fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning and implementation of our event. Their kindness, patience and flexibility allowed us to offer just what we hoped for and more!! Highly recommend Cracker Factory for those looking for something truly special event.

It's beautiful on the outside and really chic on the inside. Solid place for weddings. It's pretty small width wise. The wedding party and the bride had to climb the stairs that lead out the building which lead to some noise and it took a while in their dresses and this place is surrounded by a neighborhood... And it's not a pretty neighborhood either. I think they did a lovely job making this place beautiful and it's a large space so you can have your ceremony and reception here. If you want it outside against the building that's pretty too, but again, the rest of the area is a random neighborhood in Geneva. It has an echo as well so people wearing high heels made a lot of noise. The wedding we went to was beautiful and it has charm if you are looking for that.

Having just moved from the west coast to the east coast, I have been on the hunt for industrial wedding venues. I was in town visiting family and decided to inquire with the Cracker Factory. Maggie was incredibly accommodating at last minute so that I could tour the space. Should I have the opportunity to work here, I know my clients would be in good hands.

The Cracker Factory is an awesome event space. It's so great to see old structures repurposed for art and celebration. My husband and I had our wedding there in September 2012. It was an awesome event and we appreciate Amy and Brandon's flexibility with our vision. We often think about hosting another party in this space and have been lucky to see several other weddings take place here, each with a unique take on the space.

Nice venue, lots of space and possibilities. I highly suggest you get a written estimate/contract with ANY event venue to be sure ALL the details you are expecting are spelled out regarding who pays for what, or what is included - bar, tables, chairs, DJ, etc.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! Couldn't be happier with the venue or the service. Our guests can't stop raving about the venue. We picked the area as a neutral middle ground between my husband's Boston family and my family's Indiana base. Amy was super easy to deal with and made the whole event as easy as could be given I was planning it from out of state. We would (and do) recommend the factory to anyone looking for a unique wedding experience!

I am someone who is very indecisive. I make choices and then I change my mind shortly after. I can say that, without hesitation, booking the Cracker Factory was easily one of the best choices I made for my wedding. We had our wedding there March 2016 and I'm still emotional thinking about it because the whole thing was magical. First, the value was great. We got a huge room with massive windows, gleaming hardwoods, and amazing wooden beams. Everyone who came to the wedding was going there for the first time and they all had nothing but great things to say about the space. Some people were even commenting that I had the "perfect" wedding. My husband and I had multiple guests ask for information about it so they can tell their friends! All of my photos turned out amazing - even the ones taken on regular cameras. The way the sun hits all of the windows at different times changed the entire look of the room as the night progressed. The lights overhead added elegance and refinement. The whole place was very clean. If you are looking for a unique venue, this is absolutely the one to go with. A lot of our guests stayed at the Ramada Lakefront and they made a weekend out of it. Guests got to indulge in lake views and wine trails! I am not from Geneva and neither were any of the guests, but I'm glad I picked a location that made it worth everyone's drive. If I could get married again, I'd pick the Cracker Factory each time. Again, I am super picky and super indecisive, but at the end of my wedding, I would not have changed a singe thing at all, and I owe a lot of that to Amy and Brandon at the Cracker Factory.

I would not recommend this venue for anyone, and I'll explain. When my husband and I first found The Cracker Factory as a possible wedding venue we immediately became excited because it fit the beautiful and unique vibe we were looking for. However, after visiting the venue, we quickly became hesitant when booking it because we felt the owner, Amy, would be very difficult to work with, which is not what you want for a wedding venue! We put our hesitations aside since we really loved the appearance of the venue and we hoped for the best. Unfortunately, after signing the contract, these vibes about Amy came true and we quickly realized weddings weren't a high priority for them. We had a very short engagement and Amy made it very difficult to plan our wedding at their venue in every way possible. As our wedding day approached, we asked to visit the venue to make final plans of where we would lay out our ceremony and reception since we were having both at The Cracker Factory. Without any prior mention, Amy told us we could only be there for a maximum of fifteen minutes and anything over that would be charged an outrageous amount of money per hour. Going to visit for less than fifteen minutes wasn't an option for how far away each of us lived from the venue, and Amy made no exceptions. Even so, we figured it was a big misunderstanding and still hoped for the best for our big day. Unfortunately, again, Amy made everything difficult during set up and even on our actual wedding day. For example, when booking the venue she promised a small portion of a side room as a "bridal suite" (which was dirty and had large holes in the floor everywhere) for our entire wedding day. Within minutes of walking down the aisle, Amy came in the "bridal suite" and told us girls we had to have all of our things out before our ceremony would even be over! We couldn't be seen by all of our guests (my husband and I didn't even do a first look) and had to find someone to carry all of our stuff out to our cars right before walking down the aisle! No warning from Amy or last minute make up touches! From appearances only, this venue was perfect. However, I would not recommend anyone booking this venue! When expressing our concerns after the wedding to Amy, she just responded "well I guess we weren't the venue for you". I'm very disappointed that such a unique venue is owned by people who are impossible to work with and could care less about your wedding day.

This is hands down one of the best wedding venues out there. I will never be able to list out all the reasons why this is true, but I can share a few. We discovered it by attending a concert there! There is no limit to what you can do with the space. We had both ceremony and reception at the Cracker Factory. Maggie was amazing to work with via email during the months leading up to the wedding. She answered our questions in a professional and timely manner, and was always flexible with our requests! It made planning this giant event a breeze. The wedding day went exactly as I imagined, if not better. I knew I didn't need to worry about a thing. The venue itself is so beautiful it hardly needed any decorating. Ever photo comes out beautiful in this place. Amy and Brandon and Maggie did a fantastic job keeping our guests comfortable and running an amazing bar. We have not stopped receiving compliments on the venue and the staff from our guests! They took care of any problem that arose, and I didn't hear of any drama until the next day. My husband and I look forward to attending future concerts, and Official Unofficial Sunday's, and just getting to hang out with Maggie, Amy and Brandon! Thank you and love you guys!

The Cracker Factory team was fantastic to work with in planning and hosting a Digital Inclusion conference for over 120 people. The space was flexible, the staff were delightful, and everything worked out great. I hope I have the opportunity to work with them again soon.

The Cracker Factory is a beautiful venue, but the management is very difficult to work with. Our niece's wedding was gorgeous, but the venue management was very uncooperative and tried to ignore several of the items agreed upon in the initial contract. If you are looking for a stress-free event, stay away from this venue.

Amazing facility! Maggie and the owners were extremely accommodating. My fiancee (now wife) and I had our wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner here and it was such an amazing experience. My elderly, walker-bound grandfather loved the old elevator entrance, and the wedding party had a great time utilizing the massive space for our rehearsal. The addition of pool and shuffle board to help keep people entertained was a huge hit, and had people asking why we didn't just get married there! If we'd known about this place when we were originally searching for ceremony/reception venues it would have definitely been on the short list! We really can't say enough good things about the ease of communication with Maggie and the efforts she and the owners will go to to make it as perfect for your event as possible.

Amy and Brandon, We love you both so much!! Thank you for accommodating to our large wedding and for always hosting the most beautiful weddings in Geneva!! We had our wedding reception on December 9th, 2017 at The Cracker Factory and we had thought long and hard about where to have it. With my career as a caterer, we see many different facilities in our local area but we have always had such fun, beautiful and seamless weddings at the Cracker Factory. So for the one time in our life to get married and celebrate we knew this is where we had to do it! And let me tell you I'm so happy we did because my mother is the first to let me know if she likes something or not and she was blown away with not only their venue, but their staff's kindness as well. Everyone is so helpful and they will make sure that you can get in and set up for your wedding, as well as be there for the wedding. If there is anything that you need they are there immediately, and also the best bartenders you could ask for! The Cracker Factory is such a great venue because it is constantly being renovated and updated but still industrial, clean and large enough to almost host 300 people! It seems every time we go there, they have something else to offer to their clientele - like tables, chairs, lighting, movie projector, bar service, ect. So long story short, if you are looking to have an amazing wedding and you cannot pick the right venue you should and check them out! I can say from experience that they are Real people who will offer a lot more than other venues (more affordably) in our area and will guide you to having the perfect wedding or special event! Thanks Again!
