Great little theater for authentic movie going feel

Popcorn and a coke (classic bottle) $7. Can't beat it. Old school vibes.

Movies are good, but some of the customers talk during the film because they think no one is near them. Also I don't like when it's crowded

Old time movie theater with two screens and digital projectors. Good revival shows. Kids movies Saturday mornings.

Shame, I've lived in Doylestown 40 years. It would be nice if the town theater played movies people actually want to see.

I'd give it a 5 if I didn't have such a trek to the bathroom.

The County Theater is a great vintage movie theater that takes me back to when I saw my first movie on the big screen (the original Star Wars in 1977). It is well maintained and runs smaller budget movies that generally rely more on story line and less on special effects. If you want an experience of what it was like to go to a movie before the age of megacineplexes then you should make the time to go here.

Great art house theater. Wonderfully curated selection of films that you won't be able to see on a big screen anywhere else. They show both new films and cinema classics. Open to the public but also takes memberships which grant discounted tickets. Has only two screens and a somewhat limited number of showtimes. Serves concessions at more reasonable prices than the large chains. Also has sister properties in the Ambler theater, Hiway Theater & Princeton Garden Theatre. Hosts periodic film lectures and discussions for classic films.

Guess I'm not people, because I enjoy almost everything I see at the County.

Wonderful little theater and a great way to experience and enjoy small town America as it probably was in a past more innocent age. They usually only play excellent high quality films that may have limited runs so it's a pretty safe bet that whatever you see here will be an excellent choice and a film that you may not have the chance to see elsewhere. This is where I saw La La Land, Moonlight, Hell or High Water, the last 5 Coen brother's films, Boyhood.....etc. Wonderful. No mass market crap here ....just great films for those who cherish cinema. Very grateful for this cultural gem and feel fortunate that we have something like this close by.

Great, great films. Just don't try to buy a ticket five seconds after the Coming Attractions start, or the tin-plated prick of a manager will run you off.

Wonderful little theater in downtown Doylestown. Comfortable seats, clean, quaint theater.

Some fine independent films shown here. Plus, it's a twin theater with a good spread of show times. I go there often.

Nice local town theater Great to enjoy it instead of The big mega theater's

The theater is nice. People are very helpful. Handicap parking out front. Handicap bathroom on the first floor. However, the seats are a bit snug for larger people.

The County Theater is wonderful. It offers new and old movies. They have silent films with live orchestras. They also sometimes have speakers talking about a certain movie. It's terrific. I love it.

Friendly community vibe. Mostly a nice selection of films.

I love the County Theater. The staff are always nice and pleasant, and I enjoy seeing many of the art house films that play there. We are members and the member price for films is a real bargain. The two theaters are a bit small, since the main theater was split into two many years ago. But that is a minor issue, as I have never felt uncomfortable or cramped in either. Both theaters have digital projection and great sound.

Many interesting and quality movies. Walk to many fine restaurants. Confortable seating. Friendly staff.

This is the old school way of watching movies, love the experience! If we could just reconstruct the Bucks County Drive-In.

Great place to see a movie! I think they are caught up in the addition and accumulation of funds. paid $32+ for 2 tix and a small popcorn!

They show great movies I can't find anywhere else.
