My favorite little bookshop. They always have a great selection on hand and I love looking at the staff recommendations for good reads. The staff are also great at suggestions if you are looking for a certain genre or gift for someone. Great selection of children's books as well. An absolute treat to visit this bookstore, a classic small-town bookstore with a great selection, a friendly and welcoming staff, and an excellent children's section to boot. Already looking forward to our next visit!
This bookstore has a great selection and very friendly staff. I was looking for the book "King of the Mississippi" and was pleasantly surprised to find it at The Country Bookshop. A friend of mine told me the author use to live in the area. After inquiring about it, the staff showed me it was displayed up front, so I grabbed a copy.
Great location for a local bookstore, and lovely addition to Southern Pines. Small space, but good selection (including tons of kids books) and knowledgeable and friendly staff.
