Terrible! I called the main number and was connected within a reasonable time but the service in trying to get a reissue of my CDA from 2012 amounted to around 7 or 8 phonecalls over almost 8 months and I was stil never issued my old CDA which I needed for a job. The issue appeared to lie with the billing department who I was told would contract me but never did. I spoke with about 4 or 5 reps over the whole failcascade and asked for a manager's involvment with no result, nothing, happening. Not even an apology or a followup. This organization might mean well but for me to get no response in such an important and basic matter is unacceptable. It's almost the epitomy of ironic given their name. Would never do business with again! Too bad they are the only go to place for a CDA. SHAME on Council for Professional Recognition.
