As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with The Concierge Collective and had a fairly average experience overall. The company's website provided a good overview of their services and I appreciate the range of solutions they offer. However, I found the actual customer service to be somewhat lacking. Communication was often delayed, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. While the staff I interacted with were polite, there was a clear lack of personalization and attention to detail that I had expected from a concierge service. The website promised a seamless and efficient experience, but the execution fell short. With some improvements in customer service and attention to detail, The Concierge Collective could elevate their average experience to a more exceptional one.
