This organization is a typical 'bad neighbor' and has no concern for residents that live next to them. Constant and excessive noise, employees who talk too loud, and other incidents that frequently wake up neighbors or disrupt those work near them. Over one year of this has been a constant drain and demonstrates that CHF has no regard for the mental health and well-being of those in the neighborhood. Worse, CHF has hired extra security patrols to ensure that the homeless that try to seek shelter in their alcoves are run off in short order. Some of them are veterans, some clearly have physical health issues, some clearly have mental health issues. Doesn't matter to CHF, as long as they have a nice building that they only enjoy for 1/3rd of the day on weekdays.
