College of St Scholastica was a waste of my hard earned money and four years of my life. I would give away my degree from this shame of a school if I could. I received an extremely low quality education and dealt with extremely corrupt and dishonest administrators and instructors who just cared about keeping their jobs and scratching each other's backs and could care less about a student or ethics or integrity for that matter. Benedictine values...what a joke.

CSS certainly has its fair share of problems; where doesn't? You can get pushed down by the bureaucracy of it from time to time, the climb up Tower Hall's stairs can get INCREDIBLY tiring, and the Science Center is a maze within itself. However, where I'm not yet through my first year here, I've had some of the best times of my life, and met the most wonderful people, and learned some incredible things (this is coming from a Tower major, mind you). It's a beautiful, imperfect, complicated place, with students and faculty trying to make it better each and every day. Take some time to look here. Whether you attend here or not, you'll enjoy your time up on the hill.

The school as a whole is a great place but when you need food or to do your laundry it s hell. Somers never has working washers on your floor and the dining center never has food and when they do it s almost inedible. I recommend no meal plan if you can and expect to never be able to do your laundry.
