Scam Artist! Takes thousands of dollars from hardworking families who are wanting to better themselves. I would love to start a class action lawsuit against these people. NO Stars to this company. Had to give at least one star in order to post.
I too have been waiting over a year to get check for testing. They have separated the branches to where the financial is only reachable via an email that NEVER gets answered. Just save your money and pay Excelsior College directly. They have a A+ rating. The loan is a trap and you will NEVER see your money.
I was told this was a college when signing up then later on down the road after spending several thousands of dollars find out its a financing company and you have to pay more money to Excelsior College for a degree when it could of been done directly through Excelsior. The books that College Network send you to study are binders with a pack of printed off papers to study for Excelsior Exams that don t even prepare you for the exams. You have to call to request a check for an exam and I ve been waiting 2 months and when I call I m just given an email that does not get responded to! Don t waste your money with them!
Like many, I was taken by this company several years ago. The books they were going to provide became online text I could print. Anytime I called to get help on a course all I'd get was a pep talk from someone saying, "You can do this." I can't even begin to guess how much this has cost me counting the interest I had to pay the company they financed through. It was several thousand dollars, somewhere around $10,000. Today I finally paid the thing off, never ever getting any use out of it. I'm disappointed that Indiana State University is even involved with them. It's all a big, expensive scam. An expensive, $10,000 lesson learned.
I am only giving them 5 stars so people can see this. These people are scam artist and not accredited! I was told when I first signed up with them that I would be able to take my transcripts everywhere. THEY ARE NOT! I would love to file a lawsuit against them! I am now paying over $4,500 for classes that I can do nothing with! Plus they change where the exam fees were included to now me having to pay $400 for a exam that I cant even transfer!
They took me for between $10-12k as well. I have never been able to complete a single "course." Would LOVE to be in on a class action against them. Anyone listening?
I paid off a huge loan and still have not been able to complete a single class. I have emailed College Network numerous times and called to no avail.. No one answers the phones and if they do they just keep saying they are sorry and can not help. Is there something that can be done??
honestly/ ive no problems yet!! Enrolled years ago, but due to medical issues and family problems, I couldn,t focus but still want MY LPN to RN DEGREE since I was 6 years old!! GOD help me focus and retain all i read!
Worst decision I could of ever made!!! Your supposed to be able to bridge to BSN in California and nope wasted 8,000 odd dollars and didn't even get to do a test and or get credits please DO NOT DO IT you will be in so much debt they don't really help you. They basically just want your money. I think there should be a law suit against them
This is the worst company I have ever encountered! They are a total Fraudulent company who only steals hard working peoples money! I can't even count on one hand how many lies they have told me since I mistakenly signed up for this scam! I am fighting to get my money back now and I am not sure I will win so take some advise from someone who wishes they new then what they know now and DO NOT sign up with the fraudulent business! I unfortunately found out about all the horror stories after it was already too late! If nursing doable online? ABSOLUTELY! But THE COLLEGE NETWORK IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR THAT!! If you are going to sign up for an online program do yourself a favor and make sure it is through a well known college such as East Carolina or where ever you pick. I just hate the thoughts of someone else getting scammed but this horrible company. I even had the recruiter come to my home to talk with me....he sat right in my face and lied to me (it takes a horrible person to do that)!
