The coffee club Highland Park Review

Very expressive for very poor quality food, had to wait 20 for a pre-made sausage roll to be heated with an empty restaurant. Eggs bene was uncooked and not even an eggs bene.

A place I would not go back to in the future. I've been to other coffee clubs and this one just isn't worth going back too.

Mushrooms ordered as a side was not sauted but oiled. Tasted awful. Eggs roasti bene was good thou.

Great cold chocolate on a hot day Service was a bit cold. No smiles or greetings at the counter. Also ordered a quiche for takeaway which was extremely salty and not too tasty but the cold chocolate more then made up for it. Cant comment on eating in but the place was budy. Would definitely go back for takeaway coffee and cold chocolate.

What a major disappointment! The meat was one big piece of senew, the salt pot was emptied on the bacon, the pineapple juice was water with a hint of pineapple. This place will NEVER see me again.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Most horrible service. Very rude staff. Disgusting coffees. Funny how they are called Coffee Club but don't know how to make coffees.

this is one of the best cafes in the area, with the nicest food and even better customer service!
i absolutely love going here, be it for a quick hot chocolate run, brunch or even a little snack! :)

stopped going after the management changed, since the coffees got really bad and inconsistent, but saw my favourite baristas car outside yesterday and had to go in (even though I had already reached my coffee limit for the day) and ahhhhhh her coffee hit better than all the other coffees I had all day combine!
absolutely love her coffees, they are so consistent and creamy, she knows exactly what I like, it's different to follow a recipe and make food they tell you exactly what to do, but you just have to have that skill to be able to make such amazing coffees!

This used to be my regular coffee place, I used to go everyday but since the new management the coffee is so inconsistent and not at all up to the coffee club standards. The people are really nice and the service is amazing hence the 5 stars but their main focus should be coffee.
They either got rid of most of their main staff or made them part time. I now have to walk around and check who is at the coffee machine before I go in, if its not my regular barista I get my coffee from mcdonald's. I wanted to tell the new owners but I didn't want to seem rude. I really think they should have their main barista on more regularly at least until they are fully trained. Our morning coffees are very important to us.

We meet here after our Saturday Bike ride. Always fast efficient service and fresh muffins. More expensive than other stops.

Shocking customer service. Suppose to be open at 8am but when I went to the door the staff said give us another 5mins. Then another man just walked in and was served when he entered. Staff jabbering in their language uninterested in serving me ! Worst customer service experience ever ! Will not go back

I love this place. Two of my very dear friends recently took ownership of it and their vision has completely come to life in this cafe. They re so attentive and do everything they can to make you comfortable. The environment is kept clean and tidy the entire time. The chefs are really friendly and make lovely food, and the coffee is great.

My personal recommendation: White Chocolate Mocha, or a bowl of fries.

The service and coffee were good. We ordered the Nachos and Sweetcorn an Zuchini fritters.

Unfortunately the food was nowhere near the coffee or service standard. There was a plate of Nacho chips covered in a sprinkling of cheese at the centre, a teaspoon of salsa, a dilop of sour cream and avacado. The lack of wet ingredients made the food very very dry and hard to eat.

The fritters were sorely lacking one of the main ingredients being corn . This made them bland.

The food was poor for the description given and price paid. Sorry Coffee Club i wont be back for food again.

Clean and Tidy place, located behind the Caltex and pop-in for My Mocha but just wondering why they were not busy.

Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. The food can t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

Good service as longvas you dontrarrive at 8.10am and want a cooked breakfast when other orders, are aheaf of yoursw. Othereise slow slow slow

30 min wait for a simple meal with only 4 customers in the store.

bought a chicken panini to takeaway.. has no flavour at all. went home to add own relish so it at least had flavour...

Nice coffee

They has a sign for "1/2 Coffee" on the road. Went in and they said it was only until 9am. Didn't see that on the road sign, perhaps it was smaller print, perhaps traffic was too fast to read the whole sign. Ordered coffees anyway and disappointed, burnt espresso :-(

The staff is very slow in taking orders and making things, the coffee temperature is not enough, the giftcard will not be brushed, and good training is required

Coffee nice, inl decaf. Would recommend they install potted shrubs around outdoor seating area as it feels like sitting in a car park.

This place has been taken over recently with two new owners. What a lovely couple, what a great place to share some time with with friends and relax, excellent food, excellent coffee and really friendly staff. I wish them all the best- recommended.

All my workers and myself at MSD love their coffee and lunch there. My favorite food there is their seafood basket.Yummy

Come here quite regularly for brunch. The owners and staff are lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is good quality too!

I totally recommend this place, staff are friendly and helpful, food delicious and affordable, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend the seafood basket!

So I called up at this cafe at 8:25 to place coffee order, no one picked up the phone..
I reached this cafe at 8:30, and asked staff, have you guys got some issues with your landline?
She said no, we don't pickup the phones when we are really busy.

Bacon was like rubber.
Would not recommend this place until things change.

Choosing from the menu, cabinet food or bakery food to take away it was all yum and the atmosphere inside the cafe nice. Will definitely return
