This law firm is very bad will try to take your whole settlement

Hard to find a place that genuinely cares about you and your loved ones. Most people don't understand cases sometimes take years to settle and want results and answers right away. My case took about a year and they made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. Im sure this company has thousands of cases, but they always take the time to keep in contact with me. Couldn't say enough good things about the staff they always go above and beyond for their clients.

Our case was settled back in July we have not received compensation from this firm I have provided then with everything they needed to finalize this not to mention the outlandish fee we where charged for representation every time I request information on this case they take there time following up it's really a shame to loose a loved one due to the neglagance of a nursing home and to add injury to insult you hire a firm to represent you and get less than satisfactory service I am not happy with the way this matter is being handled

Go elsewhere. This firm failed to follow up on a part of my case, letting a facility who butchered me slide away, and leaving me holding the bag on the bills. The other facility paid for one of their aides committing an unspeakable act, but did they disburse after the settlement? No.

Clinesmith won't return my calls, month after month. The associate attorney who ended up with my case frantically called me only the NIGHT BEFORE they went to court and said unless I settled, I would get nothing. Well, she was right! I got nothing and this firm is apparently keeping the entire settlement.

Don't make the same mistake I did. It was bad enough to be hurt by horrible nursing homes, even worse to entrust an attorney to make it right and his firm keeps the settlement.

Extremely unprofessional in my limited experience with this firm. There is a reason that attorneys have poor reputations and everyone that I had an interaction with at this firm confirms the attorney stereotype. They do not care about you or your case, only money.
