Courtney Zettlemoyer was my agent on the Christina Elliott team and she did a fantastic job from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and was realistic about what the home could sell for (it sold right around her estimate). My home was on the market for 2 months with a discount brokerage platform and received very little traction. After contacting Courtney and her team, we had the home re-priced, staged, and sold in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Courtney and the Christina Elliott team!

Christina is a great realtor. Christina and her team know the area and housing market well to help guide you through the process. They really LISTEN to you, which is why, what they do and how they do it is for your best interest as it s a collaborative effort. Christina helped sell our house over 4 years ago in the city while also helping us find our home in the county. Want to talk about customer service...I still text her 4 years later about housing advice to help really make our home, our home. She still gladly helps us out.

We had a wonderful experience working with The Christina Elliott Team. We moved to Maryland from the Midwest and knew little about the Baltimore area. We worked with V.V. Parker who helped us find the perfect house for our family. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying process. She always responded to us in a timely manner as well. I can't say enough about this phenomenal team! I had just rid my self of a terrible untrustworthy realtor and was eager to settle on a home. I reached out to Jordan in the marketing dept. as she was reffered by another friend. She forwarded me on to Leia who always 'made it work'. Fast and actively sending me listings, setting appointments and working with our schedule, with a winning personality to match. She even managed to find me an amazing NEW lender last minute, in the middle of a sale, already under contract, after being wrongfully qaulified for a loan. This team more than made up for my previous poor experiences and got us in a home within 2 months! I couldn't be more pleased.

Our house sold in four days and at $23,000 above asking price. I could stop there, but, I won t. Christina and her team are not just fantastic, they are extremely skilled professionals. During a time when everyone thinks they can be a realtor, you need to make sure you are working with someone who knows this process and has YOUR best interests in mind. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with VV Parker. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before VV, but knew instantly that she was the realtor for me. She is honest and hands-on (she was on her hands and knees checking out the living room tile for me!) and she really helped to take the pressure off.
