Best cafe and coffee shop in Kent! Best prices and staff are accommodating and very friendly. Recommend this place 100%. Come here once a week

Have to say this was the best bacon and egg sandwich and tea I've had in a while bacon was so tasty egg was so fresh and poached which was I nice touch.. very relaxed place to chill and wait for life to pass buy .. keep up the great work... I will visit again soon... Have been again this time with company and the big breakfast is to die for its all so fresh tasty sausages and the bacon and eggs as before am so glad the consistency is here will come again..

Excellent place. I took my kids here and had a coffee. The kids had the Oreo milkshakes both was yummy. Staff and management was excellent and very friendly. I would highly recommend to all. We will be returning as the food looked amazing too.

I really enjoy this very clean and pleasant cafe. Very good value quality food at a good price and very well presented :) a good allday menu with lots of variety :)

In the mood for just a really good, homemade sandwich? Offers fresh tasting sandwiches on lovely slices of thick bread, served with crisps and a side salad. Sometimes, it's exactly what you want. Especially nice on a warm summers day and you don't want to fill up too much. Friendly and fast service, and fare at good prices.

Food is Amazing, staff and management are Gr8. A must have visit if your in Herne Bay, miles ahead of any other cafes I've visited

Too busy for comfort and orders take quite alot of time to get to you..... Maybe another staff member would ease the long wait, as both the girls that are there are very busy cooking and making coffees ect.... Would be a far better experience if staffing was planned better... Shame, as I really like it in here but am put off going in by the Crowds and chaos once inside

Really nice local cafe, really enjoy their Big Breakfast - choose the granary bread, really nice.

What a joy to visit. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into this lovely coffee shop. The lady running it is friendly & helpful, the food is excellent & there is a welcoming buzz to the atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, quality & selection are good. I'm definitely going again. The only drawback is limited parking around, but if your mobile you could park in Herne Bays main car park, it's not too far to walk. Looking forward to visiting The Chimney Pot again.

Lovely staff.. Was recommended unfortunately I won't be going there again the full English was swimming in water. Eggs under cooked. Did speak to staff to be told.. Yea eggs are a problem at mo.. My partner left most of hers.

Had a lovely lunch here with my sister in law and baby son today, they were so accommodating to my little boy and have great baby facilities! Food was amazing and so well priced! Will be back xx

Took them ages to serve us then moved tables around next to us making us feel blocked in so moved tables!! So we moved tables. Don't know if it was us but waitress wasn't very friendly, have been in there a couple of times and this seems to be the same thing again!! Was ok but maybe try somewhere else next time. Last time we only had coffee and when I went to pay she said we don't stamp loyalty card unless you eat!! It doesn't say that on card and now I think I won't need the card anymore !! Plenty of other places to go!!

Allways clean staff very helpfull and friendly and most important food very good and tasty. Nothin to much trouble for staff to do for you

Had the most amazing food and drink at The Chimney pot in Herne Bay today setting us up for our days travels. Everything was more than perfect with the best food, drinks, banter, comfort and customer service you will find anywhere. Not just saying that as it was just out of this world. We ve all in been to our favourite places but I stress that you need to make the trip to The Chimney Pot to experience it for yourself. I guarantee you that you will love it also. Thank you x

Table for four mid morning on a saturday was always going to be busy, however got our table and our orders were taken by a cheerful lady very quickly. Breakfasts ordered and served within 10 minutes. Freshly cooked and definitely fresh produce used. Good sized and certainly more favourable than other local establishments. Mixed clientele base and a good vibe from staff who were singing and obviously happy in their work.
Would definitely recommend if in Herne Bay.
We will be back again.

Had lunch here, ordered a sandwich and a milkshake. The sandwich was great with loads of filling and the milkshake was so much better than expected. Service was friendly and prices reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little eatery, lovely coffee served with a smile

Stopped for a sandwich and drink whilst visiting the town on holiday today. Sat outside in the sunshine (albeit on a busy main town road) and the service and food was very good. We both had the coronation chicken sandwich on lovely thick soft which bread, which was delicious. They even provided our dog with a bowl of fresh water. Prices reasonable as well.

Good quality breakfast at a reasonable price. Very clean establishment.
