I give this office, doctor I visited 3 times and billing a 1 star and only because I cannot put a ZERO. Ability to make an appointment or talk to office staff is poor your best bet is to leave a message in the portal. Dr. Kinnard on my initial visit only had time to "glance at MRI" and never told me what was wrong but had someone put me in a knee brace that was way too big and kept sliding down ( adult XL I'm 5'2 140 pounds). By 3rd visit he said time for surgery but did not explain what that would entail. Billing sent me a bill marked passed due and mentioned collections. I've always paid my co pays and any bills sent to me and this is the 1st time receiving this bill. Changed drs and now realize just how bad this practice truly is.

Practice Administrator Woodbridge. VA Office lies to your face. Do not trust her. Practice wants $800 up front prior to surgery in addition to insurance. To cover services not covered by insurance and a deposit in case you do not show up for surgery. Meanwhile Gupta canceled surgery 2 business days before surgery because he did not appreciate getting phone calls from President of group. Administrator would not address the issue. She does not take phone calls. Operating Manager in corporate does not return calls either.Recommendation..do not go to this practice!

We went there for a knee issue and then were billed an outrageous price, including a physician rate for seeing a PA. Then, when we called to clarify the bill, they were rude and refused to discuss the bill. Then they sent the bill to a very aggressive collections agency with an extra 100$ fee. The doctors were good but never going back to these people because the billing dept is a horrible mess and very rude.

The doctors I have seen at this facility have been helpful and I have no issues with them. It's the facility's practices I have issues with. Note, this place if very busy, so I felt rushed with each doctor visit. Staff is not always very friendly, you have to sign-in on a computer and if your late checking in, because of this, well that's your fault and they treat you like you did something wrong. Note, I was on time for my appointments, the check-in takes longer then expected, especially if there's a line to check in!

First, they require you to see a different doctor for each part of your body. My issue is my neck and shoulder, all the same area. So, that means two appointments, two co-pays. Then they schedule the needed test (MRI) and again charge me two co-pays for ONE test! On top of all this if you want a copy of any of your records, they charge you again! This place is a rip-off so beware before you go, you will be double-billed if more then one body part is involved.

Well, I'm not going to speak on the doctor who I was supposed to be "in the care of" because it would be unfair and it wouldn't reflect how I feel about all of the staff at Germantown. That's a different review. My experience for the past 8 months can only be described as an amazing. All of the staff are phenomenal, on the doctor's side and especially the physical therapy side. I never had to wait at any of my appointments thanks to both Desires. The staff were always accommodating and concerned about my interests. When I showed up unexpectedly with complication from my surgery, one of the techs on the doctor's side, took care of me quickly in the midst of other's she was attending to. Thank's Kat, it meant a lot to me.
I want to also give a special thanks to all of the staff in physical therapy that helped in my recovery. Nancy I want to thank you for all of your support, it really meant a lot for someone to care so much. Also, thank you Janet, Kenny, Sharnyce, Diego, Aiyauna, Michael, Nate, and Karen. I could not have had a better group of people to go through this difficult time in my life with. I am missing a couple of people so will have to thank you personally. Thank you all, this place is the best!

I was seen very quickly on my visit. The front desk was friendly and attentive (important to me--director of first impressions). Dr. McGee and his assistant were both professional and efficient. The doctor assessed my condition and gave me a plan of care after carefully listening to all my symptoms. I will return to see how I progress in a month.

I had an appointment at 2 but was not seen until 2:50 and when the nurse came to get me she didn t apologized for the delay. Waiting in the waiting room with a broken knee isn t what I expected. Then the doctor R came after 3 pm ands he didn t even have my xrays and MRI that was sent to the office the day before. He never took the time to turn on his laptop to check my MRI but told me that I was impaired and that s it. I wS do choked that I think my mouth was open fir three minutes. My mom said if he could prescribe anything and he said no. We left the office shocked and so disappointed. I will never ever go back and don t recommend anyone to go there.

They were good, efficient. I was in at 2 and I waited for 10 min to go back and then didn t see the doctor till 2:30 or 2:50. While waiting they did take x-rays and then I went back to my room. The front desk people were nice but I m not sure if my doctor was behind or appointment or the appointment were back to back because he had said outside my door that he wasn t sure who see first. Me or this other patient. Now I m not sure who was more injured or who had been in first. But one he came in My appointment went very very fast once he came in. He did it pretty quickly like he was in a hurry. Yes he listened and yes he felt around my knee to see if there was sore or puffiness but I felt like my appointment went to fast. I have been with this company for years but wow...
