I was able to borrow a wheelchair so I could bring home my Dad before Easter from a rehab facility. Thank you so much for staying open, and have an available wheelchair for my Dad to use while he recovers at home. Everyone I dealt with on April 10 was awesome. Thank you all so much!

Worked for this company for 6-7 years and its nothing but jumping through hoops trying to get ahold of somebody. You call the office and you either get a voicemail or get directed to someone who doesn't even know what they're talking about. I tried taking my earned vacation time and i still haven't gotten paid for it 2 months later and when i call they say "oh we already payed out your vacation time in form of a check" but i have never received anything. This company screwed me with over $1,000 of vacation time that is now gone because people don't know how to do their job. I would never recommend this place even if its your last resort of a job.

I thank God Center for Disability Rights is available. It is hard enough to take care of everything for a disabled family member and watch money disappear every month. They are the best for the Pool Trust which gives back some of that money to take care of many things that bring some life and hope back into a disabled person's life. Thank you CDR!

My most recent experience: Horrible. Lied to by 3 separate employees, disrespected me in MULTIPLE ways. The outreach worker told me to "get rid of service dog," because she knows more than the health care professionals that I work with.
Do NOT go to this agency for help, especially as a disabled adult. I was lied to, underserved, disrespected, treated unprofessionally, and after months of being promised one thing, was basically just abused by them.
