They did not call or notify me before posting it on my credit report. I do not owe the charges and its in dispute with my utility provider. Its been 2 weeks since i disputed this charge and since 2 weeks they are lying to me about removing it. Report them to FTC
If I could give negative stars I would!!! They have called excessively when I ask what they want they say they need to ask for more verification, I ask again and again and again and again but the rudeness continues. I have NO clue what they want and the bill I received makes no sense. Plus they are charging over $ 100.00 dollars for interest for something I have no earthly idea about the cause. So again if I could give negative stars it would be -100.

Excellent place to work!! Operations, Management, HR, Supervisors, Trainers, Team Captions, and Co-Workers are wonderful, helpful, supporting and friendly. You really are more then just an employee. It's a family!!
My father died in january, and they are calling me up trying to collect on some debt he doesn't have. We settled everything from january til may, and have never received a call or letter so I'm assuming the implication is my father crawled out of the urn on my mantle and accrued a ton of debt. Some of the least professional people I've ever spoken to in my life.
These people keep sending me a bill for 250$ and i didn t even know they existed no clue what they keep charging me for.
