Great place! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can spend a few hours at this great place.

Plenty of parking and the rides were great and theres alot of fun things to do for the whole family and for all ages

I went on a Sunday evening (about 7pm) with my family. Place was not packed at all, no lines and I really enjoyed this place. There's 3 different go kart tracks (according to the age, height etc) which is awesome bc everyone can experience Riding! There's also wall climbing 3 different difficulty wall levels. We also did the laser tag maze(I suggest doing 15 minutes instead of 7 since it goes by so fast) the roller skating rink part was closed but there were also some other rides as well. The arcade area is huge, full of fun games and the best part is that you use a castle card and load money on it anytime you want and different machines made available. You even use it at the arcade. I will say the prices are a bit high BUT not as bad as anywhere else's prices. I'm not sure if there are wrist bands available but if so, I regret not getting them for my kids and i bc we paid per ride etc . Small place but fun! If you want peace and not a huge crowd, go around 5pm on a Sunday but call ahead if you want to go skating bc I'm not sure what time the rink part closes (6pm I think) we spent about 2 hours there and I'll definitely be returning. Look for promos, Groupon's etc. I remember getting a pay for a ride get one free.. friendly staff, very attentive, free parking and designated smoking area's. They also have a food stand. Overall, great experience! Can't wait to return. After the arcade all of the tickets get loaded onto your Castle card which is another plus so you don't have to worry about lugging around tickets or losing them and before we left, we have enough tickets from the arcade to get a lava lamp and some candy. Sat st the bar with my husband and had delicious drinks. Brian the bartender was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The arcade is small. It was disappointing. We didn't get to go to the outdoor activities but their were separate charges to do everything.

Probably won't return. Most of the staff were friendly. One got an attitude though and that ruined the entire experience for me. Was there maybe half an hour with friends before we all went to throw axes and the tiny girl that was doing it got an attitude. So I didn't spend any more money the rest of the time there and we left very shortly after and headed over to Round One in Middletown instead with our group of 12 people. Had a much better time at the Round One arcade.

We called ahead to place a pick up order at their new restaurant set up under tents in the side parking lot. The wings were good but the baked beans were my favorite. Super friendly staff.

A Fun experience for the family year round. There is a game room, party rooms with inflatable houses specifically for kids parties, a roller skating rink and food indoors. Outside they have a batting cage, miniature golf and some cool cars to ride for kids young and old. I think there were bumper cars as well as a few rides. Definitely fun on a rainy or sunny, hot or cold day.

I really liked The Castle Fun Center, games for all ages! Mini golf, board games, a climbing wall, cars with track, mechanical games! All!!! The costs are accessible to go with family! Highly recommended!

As an Orange County resident for the last 20 years, I found The Castle through my wife's family. From that moment I arrived in the early 2000s and enjoyed some of the activities, my family, and especially my children have grown up with The Castle as a staple of fun in our lives.

From the classics like Mini Golf (in the Castle itself!) to Go-Carts, Laser Tag, Roller Rink and the Arcade, to the more recently added Zip-line, Slick Track Racing, Axe Throwing and a Midway of Amusement Park/Carnival rides, The Castle has never stopped investing in growing an in demand fun location.

Food and drink, for adults and kids, as well as being able to host parties and corporate events. The Castle is THE LOCAL place for FUN in the HUDSON VALLEY!

Visited The Castle yesterday with the family to play mini golf. The employee at the register was wearing a mask and the clubs appeared to be freshly sanitized (they were still wet). For the most part, playing mini-golf was naturally socially distant. The family had a great time and enjoyed the experience.

As someone who takes mini-golf somewhat seriously, I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the course. The greens were in terrible shape and many have visible mold. The matting of the greens is worn down smooth, so the golf balls continued to roll with very little resistance (kinda like playing golf on concrete floor). My family didn't seem to care, but I felt disappointed by the experience.

Had my sons 7th birthday here. We ordered the mini golf package with glow room. Kids had a blast in glow room and though we got rained out of mini golf barely into the 5th hole, the castle fin center was very accommodating and allowed us another indoor activity. Sam was our party hostess and she was beyond awesome!!! Def worth it

This review is for pureterror haunted attraction on the property.NOT the castle. They said it is not the same owner but the haunted house uses the property. The last time we went it was actually at the fun center in the golf area which was good. This yr 2012 it is not. Yesterday lots of mud since it it outdoors.they let 6 people in at a time it ruined anyone from getting surprised or scared because the groups caught up to eachother. The clown house was better because actors were in character.They truly acted like clowns and were funny not scary. Getting lost was the best.The last house wasnt great.when u are waiting on line the guy with the chainsaw should not walk around the people because smell of gas making everyone complain.Makeup on actors were good. A guy started smoking on line which should have been told to put out the cig or leave. Please understand things are flamable this is the reason they do not want you walking in with lighters...thats my assumption. 3 out of 5 stars.

Nice place. Pay per ride, which gets expensive fast. I thought this place could have given the kids a bit longer on most of the rides given the cost/ride. The swings and the bumper cars were a bit short in duration and it's not like there were long lines and they had to get to a lot of people by shortening the ride time.

Took my granddaughter roller skating here. My grandson played on the arcade games as he is only 4. The roller rink was a great group of families from multiple ethnicities. Perfect chance to show my granddaughter how easy it is to meet new people.

Don't allow any outside food. Can be a problem for some people

Great location to have a fun day with the family. The family favorites are the Go Karts followed by mini-golf & the new zip line. We have been here several times & we ve always had a great time. Even the roller skating is fun & brings nostalgic memories for my wife & I. We also love trying to beat our teenage kids in the arcade games. I found the prices very reasonable and the location well maintain. We were there on a Saturday in July and it wasn t crowded. The food is your standard American fare at good prices otherwise there is plenty of good choices a few minutes drive. You won t be disappointed.

It was so fun , I went with my school and there was lazer tag, a war zone, lazer maze, go carts and other amazing rides and it was worth the drive. Even though I dont have kids I still totally recomend you bring kids here if they need to burn of some steam.

Love the place. Problem is the older the child is, the less enthusiastic they are of the place

The mini golf course is a little run down, and parts of it are not well lit for night games. But overall, a fun place to bring the family.

Had a great time. All the rides were fun. Rollerskating was fun too but the music could have been a little better.

It was good. Only the go karts and mini golf were open. But the staff was nice and everything was clean. Just wish the bumper cars were going.

A great place for the kids. Short lines/almost no waiting.

I'm all for the laser tag...no elder or child is safe

I was there today with my two sons and wife we had a wonderful time the staff was amazingly cool all these crybabies about how the staff is mean and not attentive and they don t have the food we like to eat is ridiculous the place is wonderful it has to charge to survive yeah they don t have a package deal for everything you pay individually but the place is awesome so if you re looking to go somewhere with your kids want to have a quick fun time out this place I highly recommend you ll enjoy it.

This used to be the place to be when I lived in Florida, NY. Despite the fact they now have new amusement park rides and a new go kart track, the food quality has gone down horribly. It s not even worth eating. The golf course hasn t been updated at all since over 10 years ago. They no longer serve soft serve ice cream, they now serve only ice cream bars. And the laser tag has not been updated in a very long time. Upgrade all of those things and it would be the best place to be. Other than that, it s only good for kids. As in, kids under 12 years old.

My grandchildren loved it.. The employee's were very helpful with any questions I asked..jesters also was great with extra requests we asked for..

Lots of fun and a good place to take kids of all ages. The name fits it.

Had an amazing time for my sons birthday, he keeps talking about it and tells me it was the best birthday hes ever had.

Clean, affordable, lots to do. Family environment. Great way to spend a few hours of family or friends get together

I love the addition of the new rides and the children always have a blast! Its also great that they have a roller skating rink!

My experience at the Fun Castle Center was ok. We came with a busload of school kids and we would've appreciated if your restaurants were opened for the teachers who didn't bring anything to eat.

Very overpriced but we'll made a lot of variety for its size

I have been there many times when my son was younger it was really nice to have such a fun place to take the kids after school or in the summer. He especially loved the little race cars and a couple times I had his birthday party there and he's gone there for other people's birthday parties. I would recommend it to anybody who had kids they would really enjoy it.

So far this place has been great for my kids from Age 5 up until 13. Beware it can get a bit pricey.

My friends and I went while it was raining and decided we wanted to go go karting. I feel like the track would have been a lot more stable if it was dry, but it was still a blast. I would have loved to go mini golfing but the courses were flooded.

Too family here, was really nice... Was cold well the weather was but was really a nice place to take family and have a good time.
