i used to come here twice a week.tonight i brought friends with reservation which, i made weeks ago. after checking in waited an hour then they tell us we might wait more then an hour so showed us another location ugly and can't get full menu. horrible!!!!! im not coming here anytime soon. horrible service!!! i will not recommend this place to anyone since i was forced to sit in a place with a menu that doesbt have all my favorite items to have.

I don't recommend sitting on the Verdugo Terrace side, When I made my reservation over the phone, They did not tell me they had a Revised menu. If I would have been told that. I wouldn't have made a reservation. Also when I asked our hostess about the menu he got upset with me. We also waited a long wait time for our order. I gave it 2 stars only for the view.

Hey Gents my suggestion to you is this. If you're trying to impress that special lady, I recommend you take her to Castaway Restaurant. I assure you she'll really enjoy the entire experience. You WONT regret it. Her appreciation will be overwhelming to say the least.

Not sure if it was a bad night but we had reservations @8 pm and we were not seated until about 9.15PM on a Friday and they ran out of a few items(calamari and cheesecake) on the menu had we been "seated earlier"

Way to expensive to have to deal with burnt food..shocking actually..never going back.and not recommending to anyone

Great location ,spectacular view and good service. Food inside the restaurant is good .The ballroom food was mediocre, did not meet my expectations. Also the VIP parking is great.

Go for the view if nothing else. Booked a Valentines Day reservation sight unseen and when we got there it took both of our breaths away. Pre fixe menu for Valentines makes it difficult to judge food quality. Prime rib wasn't bad. Nothing to call home about either. Scallop appetizer was too lemony (word?). The view made up for what the food lacked but you shouldn't waste that incredible of location on bad food.

Will be visiting again soon and will update accordingly.

The steak was very tough and the staff did not seem to be concerned with that for $25 no good the fish for $21 was very small proportion but had good flavor would not recommend would not come back there's your review

Whoever was the designer of remodeling killed their patio completely.Food is OK 50-50

fine looking new restaurant, with very ambitious, fancy menu... took almost an hour and tasted like maybe a young dishwasher had taken over the cooking not a professional chef! There was a nice staff and an Excellent manager, who comped the whole meal after he saw how long we'd waited and that we'd hardly touched our dinners. I had braised short ribs, with lobster tail? Steakhouse with magnificent view of Burbank and even downtown LA. Up in the hills with great patio area.
Food was perfect. They have seafood but their beef is their signature dish. They even got my 'medium well' order perfectly. Sides were very good too.
If you have out of towners, go here. They and you will not be disappointed .
Also, the bill was lower than i expected. Another pleasant surprise.
Get Sebastian as your server, he did very well by us.

The atmosphere was romantic and the food was very good. The view is the main attraction here. The service was excellent and you need to reserve early if you want to be there for the sunset views. It is situated high above a golf course and amazing views of LA and the surrounding communities for miles.

Beautiful views, relaxed atmosphere a but pricey but they never disappoint.

Came here for a date night last week and had a wonderful time and even better wine tasting experience. The sommelier, Max, gave us honest to god the full experience. Even gave us a piece of prosciutto to have with one of the wines that we tried that he insisted was meant to be had with food. He then walked us through the wine list and yeah.. we definitely ended up buying a bottle of the chianti reserve and it was served to us in his 'boa constrictor' decanter. He helped us through every step and was so knowledgeable and joyous. We would honestly come back just to enjoy that again with him. He was awesome.

First the Pros...Very nice view of Los Angeles....outside dining area large and very nice. We got there for the sunset dinning which is between 4-6 pm. I guess you get what you pay for the Margarita drink was so watered down, the salad was so drenched with dressing. Our waiter was no way to be found most the night. Big surprised was when I went to pay the bill I noticed they charged us for dessert which was supposed to be included in the sunset dinner....they fixed the bill but then later after we left I noticed they charged us full price for the Margarita's (Sunset dinner had happy hour prices on drinks). My first and probably last experience there. Too many other places to enjoy.

Phenomenal service! Great vibe, very lively atmosphere. Beautiful view and very good food. Such a good time! Derek the manager and Perry the Chef, are super cool people who genuinely seem to care that you enjoy yourself! We didn't know many of the wines, our server Bella brought out an entire flight for us to taste. It was that kind of service the entire night that will bring us back regularly.

I came for an education conference. We used some of the dining facilities. It's a beautiful place, with an excellent view. The service was excellent and very attentive. They have a chef's tasting during the week that I would have liked to try. The food was good, we tried the salmon, steak filets, cheese board. All was good.

The place is beautiful, the view is spectacular, everything is clean and tidy ... Excellent attention, divine food. Very happy to have spent a magical time in this restaurant.

Over priced atmosphere. Mediocre experience had to keep waiting for waiter. Most dishes wer wrong. And the check. Wen I dropped the receipt. Almost broke my toe.

My meal and service were amazing. Salad with shallot dressing was so good. Skipped directly to dessert to have the key lime like eclair. OMG. Would fly back to LA just to redo this meal. View and sunset was the icing on the cake.

I'm not very happy with what we have long to wait for my table although all free! The dishes are very small! And tea and coffee bring dessert earlier than 15-20 minutes! The only reason I visit here is the view of the city from above!

Great view. Mediocre overcooked protein. Mediocre undertrained staff. 1/3 of the cloth napkins were not washed. Freaking gross.

While the ambiance was 5 star and the service above average after being diagnosed w and suffering w food poisoning the day after I can't give more than 1 star. Knowing they would not intentionally serve contaminated food something in either the storage or preparation went wrong. I only food I ate that my husband did not was the scallops and mushroom pasta.

I came for a business banquet and the food and views were amazing! Definitely a first date spot!

What a great atmosphere has this place I like the rustic theme and very clean. The food was fantastic and very delicious and excellent customer service.

The views are absolutely incredible no doubt about it. They make you feel very comfortable in this new state of the world we are in. Very clean and following CDC guidelines which is always amazing to see. My brunch selection of the Shrimp and Waffles, was good but I wasn't in love with the waffles that would be my only real criticism. But as you can see this place is a must if you are in the Los Angeles/Burbank area.

Amazing drinks very expensive, but if it's a special occasion Castaway is great for that. I go for the atmosphere absolutely beautiful view.

The food and atmosphere were both phenomenal, we sat outside at night and the heaters made us really warm and toasty. The waiters were so friendly. Drinks were delicious!

Highly recommend making a reservation to get the best experience here. Really enhanced our visit.

From the moment we walked up from the parking lot, there were attendants outside asking us to kindly check in. They found us in their system, sat us down for a few minutes and then the manager himself escorted us to our table with a great attitude !! Very welcoming !!

The outdoor dining is extravagant with beautiful views of the rolling hills of Burbank. You can even see the towers of downtown LA poking in the distance.

I had the chicken and waffles. Very filling. Didn t care for the roasted honey sriracha glaze so I asked for regular honey instead. Wow. The chicken is crispy outside but so very tender inside. Took off the crispy side and enjoyed the tender chicken with the delicious thick waffle.

We also had the Crabcake Benedict. The potatoes are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Taste very good. The crabcake Benedict itself was just ok.

Omg. The food is the most delicious I have ever tasted and the service was incredible. Chad was amazing.

Branch on Sunday is very very good and the views combined with fireplaces on the terase are the main attraction for dinner time

It was fine...attended for an airport meeting so no food but space was great

I went to celebrate my daughter 30 birthday. I was very disappointed with food . Your menu is not good. It limited the customer . The chicken was so dry and naughty will never come back .
It was not worth the money

WONDERFUL views, great food--We were told that they would be doing a complete remodel soon, which is certainly needed.

Great view, delicious food, good service. Some of the wedding parties near our seat were a bit raucous making conversation a bit difficult during our brunch.

The only takeaway is that they no longer have brunch buffet

The main dining facility is still closed for renovation but the patio area and a banquet room are open. I attended a wedding and really enjoyed the whole time there. The service was impeccable and the food (steak and shrimp) was great other than it came out little cold for my taste. The whole staff was courageous and friendly and I will definitely visit this place again when it opens.

Wow what a view. The food was amazing and filling. Get the valet parking it's only 4 dollars. None valet parking is a long up hill walk to the restaurant. But I guess you build up an appetite.

Service was great and food was superb. This place is big and crowded. Price is not cheap but you have the view overlooking LA.

Great restuarant to go for casual dining or weekend date. Excellent choices of american dishes and sea food. During holidays they usually have buffet style dining. The view is excellent from top of the mountain. You can even go there just for drinks in the patio.

Nice new look. Great service, great food. Went for my anniversary and my wife and I couldn't have been happier. The view and the whole ambiance of the lights finished the night out spectacularly.

One of the best spot and has a good food to serve. Spectacular hilltop restaurant, bar and lounge. One of a kind views in an iconic Burbank hills location. The cheese and meat platter was outstanding and good customer service.

We went there for the July 4 firework dinner. Nice views of the valley, but the food was very ordinary and overpriced, and the service so-so.

The most LA venue I ve ever been to.

Went for my birthday, yet there was nothing done by the restaurant in celebration. Halfway through lunch I heard them sing to another table inside. Not sure why nothing was done for me.

Waiter was very awkward. Only received refills once and the drink came back with a straw wrapper in it. He never came to check if we liked the food.

I ordered the steak and eggs which had three different options, the cheapest of which was $24. I received the check and was charged $38 for the filet. Why I was given the filet when never given the option I m not sure.

Overall great views, valet parking only, bad service, high prices, and okay food.

The worst do not spend your money at this place you will regretted food is old and dry.
