The Care Dental Practice Review

Although I wasn't the patient (my husband was) - I am compelled to leave a sparkling review! My husband, who was carrying some deeply rooted dental treatment phobia since childhood, came in for 4 appointments with Dr. Angeliki in Spring of 2017. She quickly gained his trust by being very patient and kind, and my husband ended up having a great experience and walked away with a much more positive view of dentistry. The admin staff were also very friendly and helpful, and lovely to communicate with. We will definitely come back in the future to this practice and in particular to Dr. Angeliki. Would highly recommend these people!

Dr Bashar provided me with a dental implant and more showed courtesy, sympathy and professionalism than I have been used to with any other practising dentist. His "enjoyable dentistry technique" turned the whole process from a chor to a far more tolerable and in some senses elating experience. I would recommend Dr Basher to anyone who was contemplating the same treatment.

Great service. Excellent team. The best reception team, especially Natalie - always a delight to talk to. Very friendly and welcoming environment. I highly recommend.

All i can say is that this place is amazing. i've had several private and NHS dentists over my lifetime and none has come close to the professionalism and care that this place embodies. after a few painful experiences i ended up coming here initially to extract a tooth that had been giving me problems for years and was becoming unbearable. In the same round of treatment i had a dental implant put in to replace a tooth i had lost at the hands of the NHS a decade before. The relaxation techniques and calming moods in the room saw me almost fall asleep while the implant was being drilled and fused deep in to my jawbone, i never thought in million years that the process would have been so un-daunting, not to mention only needing a single injection of anaesthetic and not the 4 attempts that it took one of my previous dentists.
All in all, i cannot recommend this practice highly enough, i actually live 90 miles away from them but choose to come here for my treatment after work as i cannot find anyone in the same league closer to home.

The most relaxing dental treatment you could ever imagine - if you are nervous or phobic of dental treatment you must come and see Dr Bashar - he will definitely change the way you think of dental treatment. Quality dental treatment in a lovely environment.

I'm not happy.. At the beginning everything was amazing. They way how they worked and talked to me. I just heard that the place was good and I trust to go as I needed a really good dentist. She put the filling on my teeth and a week ago I still felt pain.I called and asked the reason. She said is normal because is still too sensitive!! Lol.. Is one year now and I still feel the same like year ago even much bad.. I spent time and money for really not good job. To be honest that is not a jok. That kind of job has to be very careful.. I think she did something wrong with me. Sorry!! It is not normal within a year to need to go again to visit a dentist :|

David and Dr Rubina have been my dental dreamteam for some time now. No job is too much for they them. They deliver the best level of patient care in a setting which is so warm and friendly. I just had a wisdom tooth extracted and it was a calm experience. I was nervous and they took care of me as they always do. I love this practice! Make it yours too

Just been for my 3rd annual check up of my dental implant and it's now a tradition that I treat my teeth to a good scrub! I wouldn't go anywhere else even though Hammersmith is not local to me. I have been smiling for 3.5 years thanks to Dr Bashar and his wonderful team and today I saw Dr Androulaki who imparted great advice. If you're unfortunate enough to need a dental implant I'd highly recommend 'The Care Dental Practice' because they actually care.

Firstly I have to say ... i'm a nervous patient. I've spent most of my life in a dentist chair so it's rarely a pleasant experience for me. That being said, i'm new to London and was looking for a dentist and the COVID hit. This weekend I woke up with what I knew was an infection and had to act fast. Google to the rescue!

I managed to get a same day appointment and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Although the anxiety still prevailed from entering the practice until I walked out the door it was a great experience. The dentist was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, there were even a few laughs. I've even now booked a follow-up appointment to start to deal with some of the issues.

Had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist at first, but after coming here to the care dental practice, I feel a lot more at ease to have various treatments done. I'm happy with my teeth and really pleased with the service. Definitely worth going again !

I did a botox treatment with Dr. Rubina and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was my first time and was very nervous about it not looking natural, but Dr. Rubina addressed all my concerns during the initial consultation so I went for it and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Rubina is really skilled and knowledgeable, and she couldn't have done a better job. It looks super natural, still myself but like if I have just come back from a vacation. Her assistant David is also amazing, they both made me feel very comfortable, and I will definitely be coming back for follow up treatments with them. I had also been in the clinic before for an implant with Dr. Ming and I was also very happy with her treatment and with the final results, so I highly recommend this clinic.

My experience at the Care Dental was amazing. I only walked in on Tuesday and managed to get an appointment for Saturday the same week. Yes they are open on a Saturday which is so convenient. Dr. Samina was friendly and made me feel very calm and comfortable during the check up. David was absolutely brilliant and extremly helpful.

Seen promptly and extraction of tooth dealt with in a relaxing and caring environment. I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON WOWCHER AND THEY ARE AMAZING, I obviously was a little bit unsure but after my inital appointment all my fears were put to rest, their offices are clean professional and top notch, and my dentist is Amazing! The receptionists are lovely and always squeeze me in, i am having a dental implant and i am awaiting my final part to be completed next week then i am happy to have a second implant that needs doing here too!!! I highly recommend, parking is a little bit difficult so get the train if you can as there's a single yellow line outside.

I recently had my teeth cleaned for the first time since last September by the lovely Hygienist Anna. I received the EDT treatment which was an extremely relaxed experience. Anna had explained everything about the treatment. As my teeth are sensitive I was a little nervous but listening to the beautiful calming music and Anna s voice helped me to relax. Before leaving Anna showed me the correct brushing technique which is very important! I was also given a print out on how to achieve short and long term good oral health which explains the best tooth brushes and tooth paste to use
I need to have another hygiene appointment and am looking forward to it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

I had one implant placed this summer by Dr Ming Wei. I was a little nervous about it as I imagined it was a really painful procedure. Dr Wei was friendly and very professional. She used the Enjoyable Dentistry Technique which is really relaxing. - I was floating and calm. It was a pain-free procedure.

I had a fractured root molar extracted a year ago which was painful. After seeing two dentists who I was not impressed by, deemed the procedure risky and referred me to hospital, I was recommended to see Dr Bashar. I've always been a really nervous patient and joined the Care Dental in hammermsith over a year ago. Dr Ming is really gentle on my teeth yet thorough in my check-ups. She is reassuring and patient, and takes time to explain the process or talk me through. I have recommended this practice to several of my colleagues as it's very local and they have been impressed by the professional service too. A really outstanding dental practice and an excellent and friendly service from the reception staff too.

Anna is without doubt the best hygienist who has ever looked after my teeth. I have a fixed retainer behind my teeth, which has caused some plaque build-up I was concerned about. She not only removed everything with ease, and without any pain, she showed me the best way to floss and brush moving forwards - something no other dentist has ever done. She is wonderful and I can't wait to see her again in three months - something I never thought I'd say!

After not being to the dentist for sometime I felt somewhat nervous and apprehensive. However, this practice was at once welcoming ,efficient and friendly. The dentist was super friendly and understanding about any fear I had and fully explained everything she was doing and aftercare. She explained what she would do before my next appointment (which was booked there and then). It seems the staff all are on the same page regarding patient care. An excellent practice!

My husband had an implant here and it couldn't have been more brilliant right from start to finish! He has a lot of health issues after having meningitis and was very worried and apprehensive about pain and because he is very sensitive around his head. He had a tooth missing for 3 years and thanks to the wonderful staff and treatment, the implant has changed his life and given him confidence! I was with him all the time and was actual tearful when it finished and cannot thank the practice enough! The care and treatment Dr Ming gave my nervous husband over the 3 months was absolutely brilliant, so relaxing and he had absolutely no pain at all throughout the whole implant procedure! It was incredible! We don't live near this practice but it was well worth the travel for the outstanding experienced service and care that they gave to my husband. He has even said if he needs another implant he would only go to this dentist! I know a few people who have had implants done else where, but their experiences are no where near as satisfied as my husband's! We couldn't be more pleased with the result and thank the dental practice again for their wonderful care and service.

Have never reviewed anything in my life but this place deserve one as Ive never liked dentists but decided to book after reading all the reviews on here. The place is clean with a big waiting room which allows for social distancing. I had a incredible experience with doctor tarin who is an exceptionally talented laidback dentist. All the latest mod-cons were used in my checkup and within MINUTES ALL problems discussed and my tooth was fixed within 2 appointments. Not cheap but you pay for quality. Top service and treatment. 5*

Amazing service!! The best dentist i have honestly been too. I was always terrified of the dentist and after years of putting it off i was lured in by the reviews of Care Dental and it honestly was the best experience with a dental practice i have had my whole life. The receptionist Debby is very lovely and welcoming but so are they all i just can t remember they re names! They made me feel very welcome and calm throughout the whole process. My dentist was Taran and he made this 1000 times easier. I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone! Thank you for such a lovely service and experience!

Had 2 fillings and gum treatment. Very professional and friendly service. The dentist and hygienist provided a very good customer care service and I always felt looked after. Visited Dr Bashar for an implant and what can I say, this is going to say crazy but I had such an amazing experience I'm looking forward to my next appointment. This is going to sound strange I know, but I had a great time visiting the dentist today. Dr Bashar made me feel very relaxed and the space was nice and calming. The treatment was pain free and I had a 90 minute appointment that I anticipated I would be in a lot of pain after. I believe that because I was in such a relaxed and happy state of mind during my procedure that the after effect was pretty much pain-free too. It was worth every penny and I have already been recommending the practice to friends and family.

I have had the most amazing dental experience with Dr Bashar I have been to many dentists and after ten years have come back to this practice as the doctor is efficient and a master in his skill. Also the receptionist Natalie has always demonstrated care and been very helpful.

Ever since i was kid I hated my teeth and all dentists...with all the lockdowns i felt it was the right time to pluck up the courage and book an appointment. After researching several places i found this one after reading the reviews and instantly knew i made the right choice after meeting the friendly staff and my dentist taran....years of fear wiped away within the first few minutes of the checkup and several appointments were booked. I was worried about the cost of fixing my teeth would be out of my price range and he honestly recommended i go for the cheaper option with less drilling (win/win). A skilled dentist who made it seem like a walk in the park...i now love my teeth and havent stopped smiling since!

I came along and saw Dr Ming Wei Tang for a routine appointment and bought along my 2 year old daughter. I must say she was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. She gave advice on how to ensure and maintain healthy teeth and gums. The nurse was absolutely great with my daughter and above all the front of house staff Hanan and Natalie give the practice life and joy with their constant smiles. The most positive experience I've ever had at a dentist. I very highly recommend the Care Dental practice and namely Dr. Angeliki. I must have been one of those most ridiculously nervous patients...But, her gentle approach, patience and, the relaxation technic (meditation music, calming talks, gas and air) that she applied during the extraction, made miracles to me and made it an absolutely positive, painless experience. She explained in very high detail the problem I had and explained all the possible options to treat. She answered all my questions calmly and thoroughly, and even made little drawings for me to better understand things. Overall I feel I know much more about my dental issues than at any point.

I first came into the practice as an emergency patient, having not been to the dentist for a number of years. Over the weekend prior to my visit, I developed toothache on a level with the worst pain I have ever had, and given the anxiety that going to the dentist used to give me, I was sure to research the best dentist available in London for nervous patients such as myself before going anywhere.

After alleviating my initial toothache, it was clear that I would need further work done to ensure I would not experience the same pain in the future. Historically, this would have been the worst possible news for me, and have led to anxiety for days in the run up to any appointment. But given the excellent treatment received during my first visit and the incredibly welcoming nature of all staff (and notably the enjoyable dentistry technique, which is an absolute game changer - trust me, it works!) I was not at all anxious for the follow up appointments required.

I have been for 4/5 appointments in total, and when I visit now, I arrive at the practice without feeling anxious at all. It has been a transformational experience for me.

Dr. Rubina and David form a fantastic team (both of whom are incredibly professional, understanding, calm, friendly, and enjoyable people) and make visiting The Care Dental Practice an absolute pleasure. Thank you both.

I've had an excellent hygienist visit. They really took time to do it properly and discomfort free. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
