Without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed some cabinets for a house I was selling and was helped through the whole process step by step. I sent in the dimensions and photos, and the same day I received a 3-D rendering. After I chose my cabinets they sent an installer that same day to take exact measurements, and I received an estimate the next day. I ended up getting an offer on my house before I put in the cabinets, so I had to cancel the order. I had had to put down a deposit for half of the cabinet price. Normally, they would keep the deposit for cancelling. But Brandon worked with me and refunded me everything but $350. Thanks to Brandon, Mr. Moony, Mary Ellen, and whoever the wonderful owner is. I wish Cabinet Warehouse the best.

The most amazing company with outstanding customer service! They really care about their customers and want everything perfect from design to completion! The cabinets are beautiful high quality solid wood unlike some other companies I had received quotes from. Jessica was also great with communication and follow up.

Jessica at Cabinet Warehouse has been amazing to work with! We had to get a rush order to complete a project in time. When I called in, she was able to send us the drawings, put together the order, and ship it out in less than half the time it usually takes other vendors. When I called in the morning of the scheduled delivery to see when the order will be arriving, she informed me they were already dropped off the night before. I was shocked and our clients are thrilled we completed the project ahead of schedule. Thank you for your hard work!

This is a great way to buy cabinets, i had purchased a vanity from a big box store and it was terrible, my wife saw their billboard on I-75, Ordered it on line and drove the 3 hours and it was great quality, they wrapped for the ride back and was prefect so good that I then ordered kitchen cabinets, and they turned out even better, all the ordering was do on line and via the phone, I would recommend them to everyone, the price is great and the customer support and service was even better you will not be disappointed
Our experience has not been a good one,congrats to everyone who has had a good results. We have been ignored we have been waiting almost six weeks for our kitchen to be done. When it was supposed to be two weeks for all the counter tops that time had to extended then finally we get counter tops and omg the island is the wrong color so guess what two more weeks that has now turned into three.They never once called us I had to call them.That team of people do not commicate with each other.I would not recommend this business to anyone .
