Absolutely would not recommend this law firm. It's been almost 3 years and my case still is not settled. The majority of the times I've called I would not get a response, and if I emailed, it normally take days to get an update. They lack the compassion for those in horrible situations. I've dealt recently with a different law firm about a different matter and that law firm was AWESOME, completely different from this one. My case was taken care of in 1 week(during this pandemic) and questions were answered in minutes, not days.

The firm is very professional, excellent service and a true trial law firm. I was in an accident , with a commercial vehicle . I contacted Buzbee law firm and Peter Taffee & Crystal Del Toro took my case & we got settlement 3 times more than initially offered by insurance company. I had to see a orthopedic spine surgeon after no improvement in my back pain and they were able to send all LOP's in timely fashion , so I could see the surgeon. After I finished treatment the made a demand and insurance company didn't accept the demand . They filed a law suit conducted depositions, interviews, discoveries, and established fault and liability of the other party. Few months before the trial , we settled during a mediation . I have been to other Personal Injury attorneys and can truly believe they are very competent lawyers that practice with high level of ethics and integrity . They truly care for their clients, stand by them , and take negligent party to courtroom/trial unlike other law firms who just advertise on TV and billboards .I would highly recommend them if you are ever in an accident.

Worst attorney firm I have used or talk to. Would not even try to settle the suite against insurance company. Be better off with a back woods lawyer that don't know anything and tries than these that don't try.
