The Buehler Group has been by my side for MULTIPLE listings and purchases. For each listing Dana provided the ultimate in guidance that resulted in getting multiple offers ABOVE my asking price....which by the way, I would have been thrilled with getting the ask price, however with her strategies, staging and comprehensive follow up during negotiations I was able to walk away with more net dollars than any other realtor who was offering discounts on commissions.
