Simply said, this place made the St. Croix trip. Beautiful beaches, great service, great food, amazing view from our room. They hand out good snorkel gear, and have 2 different coral reefs right off shore. We had talked about finding a "cheaper place" before we went, but we are so glad that we went with the quality experience of The Buccaneer.
From check-in to check-out was great. Everyone on property was professional and give service with a smile. Breakfast was awesome. Will diffenatly return.
I booked this place blindly! And I have to say I loved it! The hotel is its own little community. Stayed in a room with the view of the ocean. LOVE! Staff was friendly! Breakfast was good with so many options. Will definitely be visiting back soon!
Stayed here about 2 weeks ago and it was everything that I needed. Completely enjoyed our stay, staff was simply amazing, accommodations were nice, property beautiful, breakfast just right. Ms Gertrude was just a daily pleasure, so was the receptionist, and Ms Francis at breakfast. I am planning on returning someday.
Visited the mermaid restaurant food and service was great! Tito at the Beach Shack was awesome!! Friendly and informative two thumbs up. Love that they have cabanas and umbrellas at the beach nice touch
A little dated,but not in a bad way. Nicely maintained,very clean. Beautiful views, small but very pleasant beaches. Food is a little limited and only moderately to higher priced options are available. It would have been nice to have fast casual-ish dining option on site. Everyone we traveled with had a great time,ages 5 to middle aged.
The staff was great. The resort had a beautiful location. They just need to modernize it more for what you pay to stay there. Really like it.
The beach access is AMAZING. Personally I think the best on the island. However, the staff that works the two restaurants, The Terrace (breakfast) and The Mermaid (lunch and dinner) are AWFUL. They are not friendly. They seemed bothered to be working there. It s very strange because we went off property quite a bit to amazing restaurants on the island and the staff at those places were awesome. It s a very strange vibe when you are eating there. They will hardly speak to you and look angry they entire time.
The resort is one of the best we ever visited. They made our trip very seamless and hassle free. The only thing I would recommend that they should increase their food menu. The menu is very limited.
Beautiful hotel! I had an ocean view room. I literally jump over from the patio and walked down to the beach. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
