won t follow through with what they said they will do for you. takes them forever to do anything and very unprofessional.

Love living here. They are very clean, respectful, & accommodating.

Do not rent from Tucker Brown Realty. My daughter lived in one of their apartments for 3 years and paid $750 per month along with 2 other roommates for a total of $2250 per month. We have had nothing but problems with them. The company is a rip-off. It s a one - person show that is very unprofessional and their leases will take advantage of the renter EVERY WAY possible. If anyone wants specific details I will be glad to provide them.

The people in the office could not be any ruder if they tried. They have no problem coming by and harassing you at your apartment, and seem to have forgotten how to treat people with an ounce of respect. I truly hope some etiquette classes are somewhere in their future.

Extremely unprofessional. They don't even know how realty laws work and had to get me to explain things to them multiple times along with plenty of harrassment and unexpected visits at my door. Stay far away
