The Briad group is one of the worse companies to work for you think your signing on to a good company but the truth is THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES every other company I've worked for had several employee appreciation events or even just small meetings to say "hey we value you " NOPE not when your working under these guys ! You would think they would stand with their employees and offer a LIVING ACCEPTABLE WAGE but instead their MOTTO IS "YOU CAN BE REPLACED "! As several managers have been reported saying ! Every single person at their smaller chains work their behinds off and have families to take care of all while these guys are making MILLIONs off their hard work & dedication ! They still only offer the lowest wages states allows ! Do your self a favor, & ask who owns the company your applying for and make sure it isn't these CORPORATE THUGS

I went Zinburger restaurant in Nanuet on Christmas night after a movie with my family . I got in the restaurant at 9:40 pm and We were seated after 5 minutes even though there was no one waiting. The place was almost empty and there was only 5 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. A guy named Amir came to us at 9:55pm and said we may not be getting what we want because the kitchen closes soon. We told him that we were waiting for 15 minutes and we need something to eat especially because I have a child with me with diabetes. He said that s how it is and nothing he can do. So I asked for the manager to another employee . I explained the Manager ( named Christine) about the poor service her employee have. The manager said she can make the order happen. However, by that time my family was not in a state of mind to eat from that restaurant anymore and we also feared that the guy who was rude to us may mess up our food. The attitude of the employees in Zinburger Nanuet is horrible and they don t care about customers. My advice is not to choose this one in Nanuet. I also see the very bad reviews about this place by other customers

I am not surprised that this is a bad company to work for as another reviewer asserts, because my repeated complaints about the way suggested tips are calculated at the TGIFs in Clifton (and presumably other Briad locations) ---based on check total after all discounts are taken and coupons subtracted---have gone unanswered. For example, a before discount check in excess of $30, that ends up as $8 after discounts (a not uncommon occurrence due to use of coupons and free meal points) will result in a suggested 20% tip of $1.60 being printed on the receipt. It is my opinion that by not addressing this issue, the Briad Group is failing in their mission to "Create positive life long emotional connections with our teammates and our guests".
