I am a professional chef and have been using Bread Factory for some time. They have by far THE WORST customer service I ever came across in 20 plus years in the industry. very long waiting times to order, orders getting lost, orders door stepped are just some of the stuff you would have to deal with if you decide to go with them. And yeah, they are EXPENSIVE.

Really disappointed. I get it s Covid era, but they are demanding weekly payments (which is fine) but we have been reliable customers for 9 years and they didn t deliver our weekend bread order because today s weekly payment hadn t gone through yet. Which we pay. Every week. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

to be avoided at all cost. I dealt with them 2 tears ago, had a invoice dispute. Wrote to CEO, got the invoice waved then a year latter got a letter threatening to take me to court over the same invoice that was waved as a gesture of good will. No clue, no honour. Rubbish. AVOID.
There are many better bread suppliers out there

Surely worth the wait! I really go back here again to grab some cakes for take home. They also accept reservation and specialized cakes for all occasion. They offer a variety selection of breads and pastry products. Highly recommended. :)

The quality of the products I have tasted are outstanding. Would like to see some change in the products periodically though.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service in the sales department!!!

The products are of good quality, way above what you usually get on the supermarkets and on the high street. Nevertheless, I bought a loaf of bread and when I got home inside the package they got another package with a completely different type of bread. That was disappoint to say at least.

Great products but unfortunately recently deliveries have become more unreliable and the customer service to deal with any issues does not reflect the quality of the product.

LL15FPO and another bread factory van keeps illegally parking these work vehicles on private property in an elderly resident's parking space. When confronted about parking in the allotted space they were uncooperative and rude. They have also told a resident to move their car so he can park there - when the resident said no the driver replied 'but I need to park the van, I'll leave enough space for you'. The same driver keeps parking on several neighbouring company properties taking up between three and five parking spaces.

I have never dealt with such and unorganised company. Late deliveries, wrong deliveries, not sending out statements and blaming the customer when something goes wrong. The bread I get from there are good and that's why I'm still with them, but the service is absolutely awful!!!

Bread is mostly of great quality but production and constant unreliable deliveries are seriously letting this company down at the moment. Not sure how much longer we ll be sticking around as a customer!

Great product. Very very poor service. 3 times I placed the same order and It was either wrong or sent to a complete different address. When I found out where my bread was I called customer service and I was asked by them to pick it up myself..... as the taxi would cost more than the cost of the bread and the driver has gone to bed....

Worst customer service I have encountered in London. Tried to set up a standing order for a restaurant. After numerous calls where I was put on hold for over 30min EVERY SINGLE TIME we agreed a standing order starting from Saturday. For some unknown reason we had ONE LOAF of bread only delivered on Friday instead and no delivery on Saturday. I called a couple of times but every single time I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I was told that the driver completed all his deliveries... well, clearly he didn't... won't be doing any more business with them

Rude staff. Bread was just ok and I bought a variety of pastries and they were all way below average - seemed like they were stale. Very disappointed

Bread Van always parked on our road, which is a large inconvenience.
As our road says no parking for large VAN vehicles...please don't park on our road..

They are not very caring towards your business. It s their way or the highway. I highly don t recommend especially if you re a smaller business.

The best company. Delicious food and here working the professional people.

I have been a customer of Bread Factory for 18 months. When they first started supplying me they were good and the quality of products was good too. However, customer service is now appalling - the worst I have come across in the hospitality sector. Our deliveries have been over 30 minutes late on and off for the last 3 months. I've sent 5 emails and had no response. Every time me or a member of my team call the customer services line, we wait well over 10 minutes. I've noticed the quality of products is also hit an miss - sometimes excellent, other times pastries will be squashed and unsellable. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.
