Perfect B&B. The Inn was immaculate, our rooms were very comfortable, and the owners couldn't have been more warm and welcoming. They make a delicious breakfast every morning, a lovely wine & cheese at happy hour, and have baked goodies available all day long. From a pandemic perspective, the experience was overall quite contactless and we felt very safe. The location of the Inn is so convenient to Pearl St and the heart of downtown Boulder. I highly recommend staying here!

Had an incredible stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn. Everything was absolutely perfect! You can't beat amazing coffee and breakfast, with warm muffins, wine and cheese in the afternoon, and homemade cookies whenever you want them. The were incredibly accommodating to our crazy schedule and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best stays!

My husband and I spent my birthday weekend in Boulder visiting our daughter who attends UCBOULDER. We felt very pampered by Celia and her husband even with a full house:) They offered a delicious breakfast and served us outside. Celia was also very attentive to our dietary needs. It was quiet considering it is near Pearl street and in a residential neighborhood. The room was charming and comfortable. We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Morning walks through the quaint neighborhood were also beautiful. It is our favorite place to stay while visiting our daughter. They even gave me a box of chocolates and a card for my birthday . So kind.

A beautiful building, with lots of elbow room. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. If you plan on spending time on Pearl Street, you can't beat the location. You really don't get the Bed and Breakfast experience here. While the staff is certainly friendly enough, we didn't get that warm, cozy feeling, and other guests pretty much kept to themselves. So it all depends on what you are looking for.

The Bradley Inn is by far the most beautiful place to stay in Boulder, CO (and we are local so we know). It is a beautiful bed and breakfast and is located off of Spruce and 16th. We can actually see downtown Pearl Street from the porch. It s close enough to do all the best shopping and eat the best meals, but far enough to have peace and quiet. My wife and I were recently evacuated from our home because of the local CO Wildfires. Heather, the owner of the Bradley Inn, took us in and made us feel comfortable and supported. Her friendly staff, Celia and Randy, have cooked warm meals and baked treats for all of the guests and I can tell you that during this time of uncertainty and sadness - there is nothing better than to feel supported by leaders in the community like Heather and her staff. Her passion to support the local community and her love of the hotel makes for the most incredible experience. I highly recommend to stay here to anyone visiting Boulder! AND P.S. The Bradley Inn has extremely high standards in regards to cleanliness, the place is immaculate!

Top notch Inn! Greeted at the door and escorted to our room. Hosts gave great suggestions for local places to visit. The evening happy hour is exquisite! Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and no outside noise. Breakfast was phenomenal. If I ever come back to Boulder, I will definitely be staying here again!

We love the bedding and jetted tubs. Very clean and tidy. The complementary happy hour is fantastic. The breakfast options were superb! Very delicious quiche. Walking access to Pearl street shopping and fun. We love love love this BnB!

Clean and quiet. Perfect location, just steps away from Pearl Street, and free parking! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided generous portions during wine and cheese hour, plus cold and hot options for breakfast.

We love staying at the Bradley when we stay in Boulder from Denver. The hospitality is unmatched with easy parking, fresh baked brownies upon arrival, wine and cheese and then the best of all a beautiful breakfast on their patio. Entirely covid safe.
