One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. My wife, two kids and I stayed here for one night after winning a competition with Nickelodeon and it was one of the best nights sleep all of us had ever had. The rings were clean and spacious and the main bed was massive. Everything about the bed was fantastic from the comfy pillows to the soft mattress. The kids had bunk beds separate from the main sleep area, each bed with its own TV at the end of it. The night we stayed also happened to be my birthday and the staff were amazing and had got me a birthday card and some cake which we found in our room once we returned. Everything about our stay was made extra special with loads of little personal touches which our family loved. Well done and keep up the great work.

Great hotel with an amazing staff! Especially Sarah Wood who was exceptionally helpful and friendly! It s great to have a friendly face to make you feel at home!! Everything about the hotel was precisely extravagant and luxurious!! Absolutely coming back!!
Did not can any sleep the bed was very hard and has hurt my back I complained and was told not much we can do we had to leave early and was refused a refund for the breakfasts we had paid for 152 pounds a night do not stay here
Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful hotel, exceptional food, and staff were friendly helpful and faultless. Can not wait to return Blackpool has always been special to us and now we've found our perfect hotel thanks to a special Christmas present. Only fault one night was not enough.
Good sized family room. Nice decor. Happy with size of room. Only reason did not give 5 starts is because I was not able to cast screen share my phone to the TV which I can in most hotels
Not five star. Rooms noisy. Tv didn t work no signal was told need to pull unit out to update via usb. Don t really want people in room during Covid. Expected more restaurant was slow, ordered drink took thirty minutes to come food was dry like left under lamp. Shame complained was told duty manager would meet me at checkout... no one at checkout.
There was a young gentleman who worked behind the bar called kieran he was so helpful and polite . He stood out from the rest the other staff were also very helpful .
The customer services was very poor . But the rooms very clean . Especially the kitchen services poor services don t know how to communicate with people .
We booked here for our honeymoon and got the honour of staying on the top floor which had just been finished. The hotel staff were so amazing and friendly. The hotel was just beautiful i loved everything about it. The staff were super helpful when asking about gluten free for breakfast. Which was amazing never had such good breakfast. Had a great view of the sea and a great view of the park when u walk down the stairs. You can barely hear the park or anything unless it super quiet. Only thing i would say is maybe provide a spoon for the teas and that. But other then that we had such a great honeymoon. 100% worth the money. Didnt want to go home at all and wish we had paid to stay longer. Would 100% stay here again.
Great atmosphere in bar. Sunday had DJ very cool sounds very relaxing 5 star rooms. Will definitely be back to this hotel. Great hotel for pleasure beach and south shore attractions.
The hotel was nice and clean but unfortunately the food was terrible and over priced and the manager of the dining room was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Would definitely not recommend this hotel because of that and after reading some reviews I have found I m not the only one that has found this problem in the restaurant with the food and the staff!
Very good newly built hotel located right to next to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Can literally see the rollercoast out of your window if you chose to. I had a sea view taking in the lights and promenade. Modern and smart interior. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was a little on the firm side for me but otherwise a great stay. Breakfast ordered to room on last day was late and not everything arrived but resolved satisfactorily with duty manager.
Brilliant hotel. Service a bit slow on first night due to being busy but didnt mind the wait as the food and wine was excellent. Staff very attentive and rooms are beautiful cannot fault anything about the stay.
Most likey the best the hotel in Blackpool. Staff were great, service was great and the quality of the product was great. It was nice to have a bit of luxury in Blackpool. I have stayed in many locations in Blackpool and it is the most i have paid but worth every penny. The room size was great, breakfast was good and room amenities great too. As a resort hotel for Pleasure Beach it offers great views and a nice resort entrance for the morning. I wish it was accessible all day and the abilty to use when i wanted.
Nice clean hotel, very professional and helpful staff. Breakfast slot half hour considering Covid... works pretty well, although more food varieties would make it fantastic.
Excellent stay in excellent hotel. This hotel was amazing in everything. New, Clean, Spacious, Comfortable, High Speed WIFI, Very friendly staff and excellent location.
An amazing hotel. The ladies on the reception were extremely friendly and professional and the room was beautiful. Feels like they have used top quality materials, furnishings, etc, throughout and couldn't find a single fault. Will be returning in the near future.
This hotel is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. But it s the staff that make it 5 stars, they are happy to help and often go above and beyond. I ve stayed here a few times and there is nowhere better in Blackpool.
Spent two nights here on a recent staycation with my partner, and goodness, what a lovely hotel, very modern & beautifully decorated. Definitely the hotel to stay at if you're visiting Blackpool.
A beautiful hotel. Exceptionally clean and smelled great. The staff were very friendly too. Room was lovely! We had the family seaview room. Kids loved the bunk beds with their own TV. Beds were very comfy. Own fridge which was More
Lovely hotel. Ideal location for visiting the Pleasure Beach with the VIP entrance on the doorstep of the hotel. Attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. Perhaps some niggles to sort out whilst the new breakfast process gets worked out since it's moved from a buffet to partial table service due to safety measures. Hotel bar drink prices on the pricey side mind but it's very plush with lots of comfy seating. The rooms are well designed and loved the mini fridge, comfy beds, and large windows. Would love to visit again when next in town.
Gorgeous hotel with an amazing restaurant - staff couldn't have done more to help us. Had the pleasure of staying in one of their ocean view rooms (which gave us some pretty spectacular sunsets), which was clean, very comfortable and incredibly luxurious (even as one of their lower priced rooms). Complimentary products were excellent, with no expense spared. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something a bit special.
Superb hotel finished to a very high standard. This and its sister hotel 'the big blue' are two of my favourite hotels in the UK. Staff are a real credit and the food is delicious.
Great hotel and the best location for the pleasure beach! We bought our pleasure beach tickets as a package with the room at a very good discounted rate.
The hotel was very clean, we stayed in the cheapest room which was lovely and the staff were friendly. My only complaint (although i didn't feel it was worth mentioning) was that the mattress on the bed was very hard, but then thats just my opinion.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone that doesn't know Blackpool and doesn't want to risk booking a dodgy hotel.
Great place to stay, quiet. Staff are always friendly. Comftable and clean. The food in the restaurant has been good both times we've stayed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
What can i say apart from that it is an amazing place! Yes it is a bit pricey but this overnight stay was an ad-hoc spur of the moment decision. And it was a good choicr. Yes it was frivolous but worth every penny.
Facilities are top notch and the staff very friendly and helpful. We came to see the lights at Blackpool via a tram tour and see it we did. It was worth every penny and i would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to be lavish for once in their lives as we have been!
This Hotel is second to none and Mrs Thompson has pulled out all the stops for this place. Now I've had the luxury of having a good look around and you won't be disappointed. Now as for the staff they seem to be good at what they're payed to do and always willing to help. Oh and not forgetting it's ideal if you're planning to visit the Pleasure Beach
Beautiful hotel, clean, stylish, & fantastic food. Rooms fitted out to a high standard. Staff very welcoming & good parking. Highly recommended, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I found this place by accident as I was recommended a hotel not far from here and it is a good job I did find it. The hotel is very clean, decor is amazing and for security they sometimes will have an extra key card door before your actual room door. The inside has a wooden wallpaper finish which is lovely and the rooms are great. TV is huge and the beds are comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was extremely good with good prices. Will be staying here again when I come up for blackpool for work.
Great facilities, profession and friendly staff. There is an additional cost for parking, the hotel appears to control. I felt that could have been a part of the services that the customer recieve when they book the accommodation, especially for more than one night.
This new hotel in Blackpool is absolutely amazing from the moment you step in you just feel really at home. The staff are so helpful and attentive and the food was fabulous!
Absolutely beautiful hotel so pleased with all staff our room is so elegant the food is really tasty can not fault the cuisine beautiful view over looking the seafront will be coming back definitely.
If you dont know where it is, your likely to pass it. The photo from hotel advertising is the back entrance. The hotel was very short on parking when we arrived. But once finished will be able to house 70 cars. Although they have a 100 rooms!!. Brand new and probably the best hotel I have stayed in at blackpool. We rented the king suite, it was small but looked bigger than it was, everything about it worked well. Even had a television in the bathroom. Parking for disabled is adequate and all floors have an elevators. The food was very well prepared and tasted wonderful. Although high season will be the real test as we went in low season and only a handful of guests where in restaurant. This hotel is well though out it really is the best I have stayed in, whilst being in Blackpool.
Enjoyed our stay here & thought the restaurant was excellent (food & service). Needed a maintenance man to sort something in the room for us, which he did & was friendly & helpful while doing so. Beautifully designed & decorated, loved the style. Front desk staff came across a little cold/unfriendly though.
The hotel itself was fantastic. Lovely place and brilliant because we were going to the Pleasure Beach. The only complaint was the parking. My brother had booked direct through the hotel months before but it wouldnt let me do 1 nights stay More
Stayed 11th Aug 2020 for one night. Food and staff where great, however the TV went off halfway through watching a program. Spoke to night staff and apparently we should of received a letter stating free view update at midnight which we didn't receive. After an hour of George trying his best to get a film on the TV was back on. I am a night worker and struggle to sleep on my day off.
It is a fantastic hotel, everything you want in a hotel at a reasonable price. Friendly & helpful staff, clean & very comfortable rooms, would highly recommend, best hotel we have stayed in. John & Lisa
So we were supposed to be staying in the hotel but due to covid-19 our stay was cancelled and a refund to be processed. I was told this would be done and take a maximum of 30 days. It is now over the 30 days no one reply s to emails and the More
Very good hotel, extremely helpful and polite staff. Very good customer service. Meals are excellent. If being pedantic, while to wait for meal, however it is well worth the wait. I can highly recommend this hotel.
Highly recommend, service is amazing! Rooms are spectacular all the staff are lovely. Food was out-standing. What can I say everything was perfect, would definetly be coming back again.
Had a lovely weekend here the staff were wonderful couldn't do enough for us. Lovely clean rooms, comfy bed king size beds stayed from 9th October 2020 to 11th October deff go again next year. Great view of the pleasure beach rides
Blackpool receives a fair amount of criticism for its poor run down buildings and hotels and it's such a blessing to have a new stylish comfortable hotel to stay in. Admittedly it's not low end price wise but definitely worth visiting with its superior rooms and facilities. A few days in Blackpool is enough, so stay at the best hotel.
My husband & myself had the most beautiful meal at the Boulevarde Hotel Blackpool! We were celebrating my husband's Birthday & from the moment we stepped through the front doors of the hotel we were treated so politely by staff we interacted with. We began our evening at the hotel bar which was extremely relaxing & cosy. We had good conversation with 2 members of bar staff & other guests which really was lovely. After a few drinks at the bar we were taken to our table in the Beach Restaurant which just looked stunning. The Champagne I had previously ordered when originally making our booking was waiting for us in a lovely tall standing ice-bucket. Once my husband & myself were seated we were given plenty time to enjoy our glass of Champagne then given our menus which had an extremely good choice. For our starters my husband had Chicken Parfait with Dark, Wholegrain Bread & I had Pan Fried King Scallops with Cauliflower Puree & Crisy Parma Ham. For our main course my husband enjoyed Piri Piri Spatchcock Chicken served with Hand Cut Chips, Grilled Tomato, Field Mushroom & Watercress, which was just beyond scrumptious! Such a generous portion too! I had Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken with Duck Fat Potato, Onion Puree, Braised Leeks & Crispy Skin. We had a side order of Onion Rings which were extremely tasty. We finished our meal with another lovely glass of Moet then continued through to the bar lounge where my husband thoroughly enjoyed his 3xScoops of Strawberry Ice-cream....Yummy! We had such a wonderful Birthday Evening, a huge "Thank you" to all the staff a The Boulevarde Hotel Blackpool, we are looking forward to our next visit
checked out a day early due to the noise at night, Both my Kids were up all night scared of the noises from the above floor and nextdoor. staff did not seem to be bothered and rather brush the issue off by completely ignoring our complaint.
Had a strong feeling this may had something to do with our race, as the other guests seemed to be getting better preference than my family. In our presence staff did not seemed bothered and were totally unprofessional. Overall this made our stay very unpleasant
Went in for a casual pint. Thririly enjoyed the atmosphere and wished we had attended this hotel as apposed to the poor quality Royal seabank which was a laughable experience.
Beautiful hotel, service was above and beyond from reception staff. Rooms exceptionally clean and modern. Bed quite hard but other than that, no faults.
What a fabulous hotel. Adam the manager on arrival was very helpful and we upgraded to the coastal suite which was absolutely amazing. The problem we had was we didnt want to leave! Many thanks for a brilliant stay, we will definitely be back!
