Staff is rude and unhelpful. I left without buying anything because of the rude associate working on the children's side, and I will not be shopping there again.

Wonderful independent bookstore. Nice kids section, found just what I was looking for. Employees helpful and pleasant.

Love this small, local bookstore. We have to come to Albany every month for my brother to get his braces done and I make a habit to always buy a book to read to support the business but also the brain.

Sister store to Market Books in Troy, you ll see a lot of the same touches here. The selection is well-curated and there are a lot of index cards with info about particular books and authors. Those types of recommendations go a long way with somebody like me that usually goes into a book store looking to buy, but not with any particular titles in mind.

Staff is more than willing to order anything they don t have, too.

It s difficult to find a great bookstore but this is a great place. Great variety & the employees are amazingly helpful!

Everyone was super nice and helpful! They even let me used an expired discount (shh!). The selection is a bit small, but they are willing to order books online. Over all, a great local bookstore to support!

Cute store, decent selection. But the staff wasn't friendly (barely said a word to me, even when I tried to chat while checking out) even though my husband and I were the only ones in the store. For an independent bookstore, I would have hoped for a bit more of a friendly, local vibe from the staff.

I love this book store. It ia very cozy to relax with my baby and I can take a rest. It is good for children and parents. I recommend this place if you want to buy baby's book.

Love supporting local book stores. I bought two books here, one that they had in store and the other they did not. Not a problem though as they were more than happy to order it for me and I was able to pick it up in just a few days. The store also has some really cool puzzles and notebooks. I would suggest checking them out!

Love this place!! I always get gifts here... can't go wrong. Such a diverse collection of books, especially for children. My kids love coming here and we always take pictures with their buds outside of the Book House :)

Love this place and their sister store in troy. They don't have as extensive selection as a chain bookstore. But that is what i like about it. Its cozy and reminds me of a less corporate America.
