THE BnB Hotel Jakarta Reviews

It is a budget hotel called @thebnbjkg which located on Boulevard Raya street, so it is quite strategic. There are shopping centers (malls) and places to eat nearby. This 3-star hotel managed by PHM hotels, which consists of 171 urban rooms.

I stayed in the Executive Room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Either staycation here for a business trip or for holiday is comfortable because this room type is quite spacious. FYI, the restaurant is not opened yet for dine-in, otherwise you still can order room service to eat in the room

Room were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location of hotel's decent and near to mall and shopping center. Staff were very helpful especially for Ms Belinda and made our stay enjoyable. Thanks for the great hospitality of the BnB hotel.

It's used to be bnb hotel with all red ornament. But they change their brand into 101 Urban.

They do Pro Kes (protokol kesehatan) very proper before entering the lobby.
The all day dining also getting a face lift.

Great hospitality starting from front desk to house keeping for cleaning. Staying more than a week and bnb hotel make a consistent for service. One of recommendation hotel especially in pandemic periods. Really recommend for low budget and clean hotel.

Excellent overall. Staff are awesome everywhere the Reception, Housekeeping, food & ambient is goodd. Rooms are big, amenities, bath towels, etc.

Your major is The bed sheet need to change with the new one. And improve the amenities please. Otherwise the room is spacious (non smoking room with double bed). I like the hot water though.

Bad services. I had a meeting there but when I arrived, there isn't a clear sign for the meeting even the coffee break isn't served on time. I think it could be better than this.

Cozy and close to moi with 7 minutes walk, but there are lrt construction ongoing so its more dirty and better by vehicles
