My family is big on seafood most definitely blue crabs.. I came across this hidden gem on Yelp as one of the 10 best in Jacksonville. The 1st thing that was overwhelmingly noticable was their customer service. Extremely friendly & even have a drive thru pickup.

Let's get to the crabs as I purchased the Med/Large mix & most every crab was fresh & full of meat. Now my people know how it feels to pick up an empty crab & no meat... This wasn't the case here.. my family enjoyed 4 dozen of the best crab ever & this is now our favorite. If you look through my reviews I say exactly what my experience is... I push this business & will be back soon for another batch.

This place is awesome! Maryland style crabs! We're from Maryland and it was great to find a place with good pricing and the ability to take home rather then spend a bunch at a restaurant. Great customer service, very friendly. And the crab cakes are fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place. We'll be back.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Took my wife in on Taco Tuesdays for shrimp tacos and blue crab tacos. We each had one of each a piece. What a wondrous explosion of fresh flavor when we got them home and sat to eat. Each had fresh cut tomatoes, cilantro and lime added and were soon devoured, leaving neither of us hungry for anything else.
The staff are such good people, too. Asking us exactly what it was we wanted and ensuring that the order was correct. Fast Friendly service is found here!
Now this is not a sit down type of restaurant. It is a To-Go place that has some of the best food in town. Call ahead and have your order right there awaiting your arrival.
We will be returning for more, maybe Maryland style blue crabs, garlic crab, crab cakes, shrimp or something else from their menu.

Called to ask about shrimp. Owners wife has horrible customer service. I miss the daughter Leah. Was a weekly customer but will probably never be back!

The jasmine rice and crab patty was delicious. The Blue Crab combo was the cleanest and freshest I've had in a while.

Love the food. But the owners wife has the worse customer service ever. I will never spend my money when I feel an individual don't respect me as a customer. Leave her in back ground of the business probably would be more beneficial to the company

The staff is amazing. And they actually know what jumbo crabs are.

Steam whole crabs were good. A little extra seasoning and I would have given it higher rating. More seasoning, will make the crabs, taste like a background cook out.

I went back to the Blue Crab and I got that extra seasoning that makes the crabs fabulous. The owners and staff are very nice and aim to please. I would recommend, to try them out.

I Tried this place for the first time and was impressed with how kind Leah and her father were to me. I Ordered blue crab and shrimp platters, incredible taste. I can honestly say this place is one of the best seafood places to go for fresh or cooked seafood.

I had a great experience here, the people were friendly and polite and they had some great fresh blue crab!

If you want meaty crabs, this is the place. Their garlic crab trays are very full. They sellout often so you will need to call early & place your order.

Just left from here with a group and no one was there. Their business hours indicate 11am-7pm. We were there at 3:45. No sign indicating if they were closed or away. Really wanted to try this place today.

Very disappointed. Very bad business to not leave a notice.

Today i visit blue crabber for the 1st time and ordered the special crab tray with 3 small med crabs with 3 sides. Let me tell you, it was well worth it. The crabs for full of meat n fresher then some i have had recently. They were huuuuggee. I will be visiting again. You should go visit too. You will not be disappointed!

Came here today and wasnt pleased at the fact the owner copping a attitude at me because i asked her about my order i called ahead in at 12pm and it was 12:25 and my food still wasnt ready. Mind you she told me 10min on the phone because i told her i was right on normandy. My food wasnt a big order, very light so it shouldnt had took that long but it did and she copped attitude because i asked for a refund and lost a customer behind it. When you're in a business you're always suspose to communicate properly, polite and i believe apologetic but i didnt recieve that so I'll go else where!!! Thank you

It was my first time going there thanks to Google. I tried the 50/50 Crabby Bowl with potatoes. It was delicious. Real crab meat, the right amount of seasoning, potatoes were perfect, and I love cheese. I will be back to try something new.

If you looking for a good crab tray... this is the place. The prices great and you want be disappointed. I always get the large crab tray extra butter and seasoning...2 order of potatoes. If you sic of boiling crawfish Ridiculous prices...this is the place to go. No dinning in... carryout only.
