Good food, nice atmosphere. My daughter and daughter-in-law loved the black bean burger. I liked the pulled-pork sandwich. My son-in-law liked the mac and cheese with pulled pork.

Property is beautiful rooms are as well however customer service is avmismal at best in regard to mangers. Staff works at a handicap terrible leadership accountability customer service.
We had the best vacation at the Biltmore Hotel! The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure we had a great stay, even during COVID. The pool is amazing! We never wanted to leave! It s in the cutest neighborhood, and it s very close to the miracle mile where we were able to get lunch and do a little shopping. We came to Miami for our baby moon and were very pleased with our experience.
If you re on the fence about coming to Miami during COVID, I d recommend staying here so that you can always spend the afternoon at the pool and eat at the hotel s incredible restaurant if other things to do in town are closed.
Great service and wonderful hotel. We were there for a wedding
Went for the firework display on new years eve. Had a great time with the family.
I absolutely loved my stay at the biltmore. My family and I came to celebrate my daughters birthday and had nothing but the BEST experience. For her birthday dinner she wanted to go to the Italian restaurant on property so we went with 7 people and had the best time. Cory(or cody I'm not sure) was our server and accommodated every need that we had. I did not have to ask him for a single thing because before I could even think of asking him for something, he was on it. He also did not seem like a robotic server which I loved. He had enjoyable conversation with my family and I while still maintaining a professional standard. I can tell that they train their staff wonderfully. The pool is amazing and so is the location. Will definitely he back!
If you live near by you owe it to yourself to check out a membership. Life is good at The Biltmore
Holiday tradition. For the past 16 years, we have made it a tradition to go to the Biltmore bar for a couple cocktails before the Christmas Eve celebration begins. Although the bar could use a refresh (it looks the same as it did the first time I ever went there), the service was good, drinks were tasty, and another holiday celebrated. Aside from the bar, the Biltmore remains a beautiful, iconic landmark in the Coral Gables area.
Booking my reservation for the Biltmore was so easy Myriam was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns! I even called back again because i was very anxious due to the spike in covid numbers and just my luck i got Myriam again and she was able to help me out and reassure me. Safe to say if you need to book a reservation ask for Myriam, the Biltmore is very lucky to have her !!
One of my favorite places in Miami. Always wonderful for dinner, drinks, and just walking around. Staff is awesome!
Very nice atmosphere, beautiful pool. Food was not 5 star, but good for a hotel restaurant
This hotel is a gem! The staff is extremely friendly. The grounds are impeccably kept. The pool definitely kept our 5-year-old happy! Also, the breakfast is an absolute must! Can't wait to plan our next visit!
The Biltmore is elegant, sophisticated, and beaming with history. It is home to one of the most magnificent swimming pools in Florida, without question. Perfect for a lavish meal or an evening cocktail. Their poolside cafe, Cascade, is the perfect location to take guests for a genuine "old Florida" outdoor dining experience.
The service was super good and I had a very good time
If you are looking for a hotel near the port of Miami, Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay is a good choice. The location is great. The rooms appear in need of updating and refreshing, but overall it's a good choice for a hotel the night before cruising.
We absolutely love working at the Biltmore Hotel! It s a treasure in the City of Coral Gables. Its historic charm is seen in every part of the hotel, from its beautiful fountains to its Mediterranean-style arches. Not to mention it s surrounded by the most gorgeous churches in the city. It s the perfect storm! Also, I don t know if you ve experienced a sunset on the golf course, but it s breathtaking. We will always recommend The Biltmore to our couples.
Was there for a wedding spectacular service great location
I love everything about the hotels are full sun room service the best soap for the gift shops everything especially the 13 floor alcapone Suite
Magnificent hotel in the most luxurious district of the city or Coral Gables! In the lobby there are two large symmetrical cages containing birds variopinti.Per an Italian, however, is a jumble of styles from medieval to neoclassical! Despite what remains as a scenic hotel and even the famous pool recalls scenes from the life of Al Capone who apparently managed some traffic from them!
We did not stay in the facility, we were with a friend that works on property.
Beautiful, and historic. Staff was great and eating the Fontana with my wedding guests was great. Food was awesome
I visited the hotel as a "tourist." I viewed the main public areas which were very well maintained.
Meh. Went there at a somewhat slow time, end of Oct. mid-week. Very dead, and the golf course plus hotel renovations were underway (very loud). Room was very classic and nice, except for the moldy smell (can't open windows) and strange dripping behind the wall. Not to mention the actual waterfall onto and around the elevator for a few hours. Pool was very nice, though drinks were just stupidly expensive, for no good reason (they didn't have a real selection of juices, nor any real "craft" beer as advertised - just a sorry dogfish head ale, which actually isn't too bad). The daily music track was essentially some kind of Spanish funeral dirge selection - good for sleeping, obviously. No pool towels available Friday morning - had to retrieve some from the very well-equipped, but empty cabanas. Lounge chairs nice, except for all the bird poop and the metal bar at end (uncomfortable for tall people). Italian restaurant very nice, dinner and breakfast (though breakfast was unimaginative, how about some fish for an Italian breakfast!). Lunch by the pool was actually very good, as was lunch in the empty golf club (where shirts were 30% off, but should have been 50% off, since the club was closed for 6 months, and there were no extra-large shirts at all for sale in the hotel). Concierge was pretty helpful finding dinner choices, though we did end up floating around south beach for fun. Lots of reliable Ubers to go everywhere, though most didn't speak a lick of English (and it wasn't really necessary, due to the great Uber app). So, it was memorable, at a really nice historic place with a beautiful lobby (that a very rude tour group descended upon, just in time for Thurs. nite dinner), with a clean, nice pool - but there won't be any return trip or recommendations (except to the elderly looking for an invigorating morning water aerobics class, and certainly not for the tennis, which isn't actually part of the hotel).
Amazing view of the golf course. It possess beautiful architecture. A place to visit while being in Miami
Shameful rude staff, rude security who will harass and stalk you. You can't even walk around without being followed by these guys, they will think you're up to something suspect and then come pounding on your door for no reason other than to harass you and will call up your room phone millions of times without any reason other than to bug you. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SECURITY STAFF. Ive had things stolen from my room on my trip here. Keep your belongings safe elsewhere don't bring super expensive stuff inside with you. SHAMEFUL PLACE!
Professional gathering. Stately old building of course, food not bad, for a large hotel.
A photograph waiting to be made around every corner
I would use more stars if a could!. We are inlove with the brunch at this hotel, so fresh and tasty! Don t miss the deserts!. 100% recommended. Great environment and attention
Great hotel to stay if visiting Miami to stay our of the crowded touristic areas. Amazing swimming pool and Sunday brunch!!
It is a wonder that must be visited. You can visit the lobby and the pool area (enooooooorme) and have a drink or eat with a spectacular view.
Amazing hotel, fantastic view of the golfcourse, great pool, excellent gym, superb ... etc.
It's a small City. There are 3 main restaurants. Fontana was a good Italian cuisine. The is free parking and valet. The fitness center 10,000 square feet. Steam was great. In general the service was great.. I did book the most b economic room expected a small room got what I expected. Biggest pool ever!!!
Beautiful hotel with amazing pool, restaurants and golf course, the soul of Miami
Beautiful pool, Great Service &
friendly staff
Absolutely unbelievable! Come here just to see this place! Service is definitely 5 star. Will definitely be back!
AmaZZZZing place with all the amenities.
Wow! Where do I start?!? It broke my heart to have to checkout at The Biltmore Hotel Miami today as I felt like I would never stay in this nice of a hotel again in my life. The staff are so amazing, kind and generous, that I truly felt at home and supported during my entire visit. They are so intimate and kind with each person they encounter and the resort was astonishing. Definitely a 5 star resort! If 6 Stars was a possibility I would say this is a 6 star resort. Every single detail is so esthetically pleasing! The craftsmanship and architectural design is stunning. I truly appreciated my stay at The Biltmore Hotel Miami. Amazing people, excellent food with a a very pleasing presentation and I want to give a personally shout out to the pool staff! I highly recommend this place to everyone! The Biltmore is the perfect little slice of heaven, very clean and the location was amazing. Definitely worth the price!
You won t regret staying here.

I lost a bracelet here and I kept calling back but they say they would call back but never did. It's been 3 months, but it's a nice hotel... I just feel like they could've handled the situation better.
Excellent Service. Attended a Christmas party and a wedding in the past. Both events had some of the best staff and great atmosphere.
Never stayed here and won't. They endorse animal exploitation on their property.
The marketing department was extremely rude. I work for a nonprofit organization and was trying to get an update on our donor application and the lady I spoke too was very condescending and seemed annoyed I was even calling to ask. Expected better from this estasblishment.
Beautiful building and grounds. The rooms were spacious enough but it was obvious that the building was old and in need of refurbishment.
The vermicelli was chewy, and the bartender didn't know much about varies drinks or pour count. Beautiful and very friendly.
Love going there for Americas Birthday, what an Awesome celebration
The scenery was beautiful and the food was ansolutely delicious. I went for a baby shower and can tell you that it was wonderful!
While it exudes old world florida charm and looks amazing from the outside it really doesn't do a good job a being a hotel. At check in the clerk was more interested in how quickly he could finish his spiel than making sure we knew where everything was located. The room is underwhelming, with a small 30 inch tv and a remote that doesn't work. After laying down to relax the cleaning lady knocked once and walked in before I could even get to the door. Good thing I had pants on. So we go to dinner, except the valet doesn't know which car is ours. I point it out and he hands me the keys. Don't go get it or anything. Finally time to get some rest, except the walls are paper thin. I hear the elevator Bing all night, I can hear people's conversations, word for word. Sometime after 5 housekeeping or maintaince starts rolling something up and down the halls. I've stayed in holiday inns by highways that were quieter.
If you wanted a place for a party or lunch date I could see coming here, but if you want somewhere with service and 5 star accommodations pick elsewhere.
One of my favorite hotels in Miami. It is a historic hotel with a classic feel. I recommend everyone visit this hotel at least once in their life.
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my family renting a few rooms because we were there for a wedding. First we had to wait very long to get our rooms, even when we were in a hurry to make it to the wedding. Staff at the counter didnt seem to care. Once we got the rooms, they were both dirty and my mom found 2 cockroaches in one of them. We complained and staff didnt care at all.
Not going back.
A magnificent hotel with a remarkable history, big names have stayed in this hotel with a renowned lifeguard who has practiced. Beautiful rooms, the staff is very caring, the pool is sublime, we were on a high floor with an exceptional view of the gardens.
Beautiful, classic hotel. Built in 1926, charming and we'll equipped. Has the largest pool I've ever seen, the best restaurants and the best Sunday brunch.
Phenomenal Brunch on Sundays and wonderful 18-hole golf course. It defines what Coral Gables is all about.
I did not stay as an overnight guest or attend an event here, but the hotel is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well taken care of. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Biltmore Hotel Miami Coral Gables. I ve heard that having lunch at cascade poolside is an expirence worth every penny. I would like to start by thanking the host Monica. She was very sweet and made me and my family feel at home. I would like to also thank my server Darwin who was very fast, funny, and and very attentive. I would recomend coming to Cascade to friends and family, and thank you for having me
Went for a massage. Great service and even greater massage. Highly recommend it.
Fabulous hotel with classical decor. I tried their Sunday brunch which have cocktail shrimp, crab legs, oyster, clams and smoked salmon and small sushi section. Good dessert selection. The brunch lacks hot items varieties and service needs improvements.
Always pleasant experience. Clean good service friendly staff
The Biltmore has an absolutely beautiful appearance and lobby, the history, the service is of the highest quality. The scenery is breathtaking and the pools are enormous. Highly recommended.
Afternoon tea at the Biltmore is great, the selection of teas is good and the food lovely
