I hired them to cater at my wedding in May, to make the long story short my wedding was canceled due to covid and now they are holding my $7,000 hostage and they want to give me back $3,000!!!! They have provided no service for me!!! These people are thieves!!!

★☆☆☆☆here is the bad deal about Bartolotta's......we had a $100 gift card for Bartolottas" reataurants. We chose Cafe Grace..(advertised as Bartolotta's) and the .bill came to $92.00 plus tip and we were told that our card was not usable there. So we had to shell out $110.00 which was a big hurt on our budget. Difficult to understand when Bartolotta's name is the attraction and yet it is not them at all. There should be a sign on the door explaining this before going in.....steamed and feels sneaky!! So be warned when it comes to the Bartolotta's restaurants at the Mayfair Collection.
Disappointed Very Spedini tough and waitress told us it was beat in the basement!!! Not appetizing at all then I am almost positive the escargot were portabella mushrooms cut up into little pieces being "passed off as escargot " Unbelievable I used to love this place! What happened???I miss Cataldo
My son s wedding at the Grain Exchange last weekend was beyond beautiful! The room was jaw dropping and exceeded all expectations. Everyone (and I do mean everyone) raved about the food. The meat trio of wild boar, venison and filet was a huge hit but the whitefish was to die for. The risotto was shared since the portions were so large. I heard there was swapping and sharing at almost every table. The food was hot and the service was excellent. Hats off to your incredible staff. This wedding was a joy to plan because I was dealing with consummate professionals. The only surprise was that there were NO surprises. Thank you for a magical evening.
