If I could give zero stars, I would. I would steer clear of this company! They did our company dirty and cost us a great deal of money. Not only was the woman in sales we spoke with not helpful and rude, customer service was just as bad!

Aspire tried to sell me and my husband s company GPS trackers and we found out that they were upcharging $8 per unit for the same exact tracker that their company uses at a lower price with the same features. We stopped doing business with them. We were quite disappointed because the service was good until this happened.

I ve tried to call their customer support multiple times and every time I get answered by a robot that takes me through multiple menus and 15 minutes later I get put on hold for a human being to talk to for 20 minutes.

Switching software is a crazy time for an company but the support, reassurance and feedback that the AspireCare team gives is absolutely wonderful. They are there from when you first start your training through going live and especially afterward.

United Veterans Construction & Landscape Solutions have been clients of Aspire for over a year now. The Aspire Software is a gamechanger in the Greencare industry. It is an all inclusive platform that allows your company to manage all facets of your operations to include customer service, accounting, scheduling, job costing and much more.

The implementation period was tedious at times due to the many different capabilities of the system. It's not a system you can learn overnight. While it's a work in progress during the implementation phase, the Aspire Integration Team was phenomenal. Stephanie Ryder is an utmost professional. Her patience and responsiveness were second to none. She still assists from time to time when I ask her a question and our implementation concluded over 8 months ago.

The Aspire Care Customer Service Team has assisted us post implementation for the last 8 months. The team they have assembled are subject matter experts on the Aspire System. Megan Sivcovich is an All-Star. She is the kindest, most genuine service representative I have ever worked with. Most importantly, she knows Aspire like no other. She has helped me create reports, correct work ticket issues and much more. I request her by name because I know she is very responsive and very good at her job. She embodies exemplary customer service.

Thanks to the entire Aspire Team for an awesome experience. At UVETS, we have made extraordinary progress over the past year and its largely in part due to Aspire. We couldn't have done it this well without you. I highly recommend any company in the Greencare or Snow-care industry to partner with Aspire. They can help transform your company and take you to the next level.
