The Arc of Texas Master Pool Trust's website is very informative. I read there website and researched all aspects of there Master Pool Trust and really considered them to be wonderful. Until I requested disbursements.
I have guardianship of my sister and I'm very happy to have her as well as she is very happy living with me and my family. I wanted to see this month if I could ask for funds from her master pool trust. Unfortunately I had an issue with getting funds from The Arc Of Texas for my sister as she is a beneficiary of them. I provided all receipts with my name as well as hers, as they asked and they continued to give me a difficult time.
I wouldn't recommend having doing business with them.

Wonderful organization. They are making a difference.

Funding designated for The Arc of the Capital Area is always used in accordance with the donor s requirements. The Arc of the Capital Area is in compliance with all federal, state and local funding requirements.

These people allowed my son's funds to whittle down to nearly nothing and never contacted me to tell me. Now they're going to charge me fees after closing his account because we are selling our house and apparently the funds have to go back to the trust until we purchase a new home. SMH...they are going to charge us to reopen the account.
