It was always amazing to see how the main office 'management' didn't know of certain issues within these group homes where as countless emails were provided by staff. Executive management should examine the regional managers' more closely to ensure fair and equal treatment of all staff. If not, staff retention will continue to falter. Update: No there is no confusion on what location this is; perhaps your PR team is working overtime. ARC in Severn, MD; yes, I'm clear on that and hold documents that most persons maintain. Again, the CEO needs to be aware that his District/Regional and House Managers need proper retraining and Cultural Inclusion Training so that the American Born individuals aren't ostracized by those that aren't. How ironic for a company who's mission is to include the rights of All persons. You claiming to have no record proves my point further. #dobetter

Working with disabled individuals can be rewarding . But the housed are being run by people who truly do the minimum for the individual. The office is ran by people who believes if u talk back in your own defence u should be terminated. No for your work ethic but for basically going against authority. It is really a awful place to work for. You have to pull back layers to see the people for who they are. The investigation suppose officers is bush back woman who has no respect for anyone. Everyone there is family , friends and board members who open door policies are for show. The pay is minimum wage. Your better working at McDonalds. Do not work for this company especially this office . They are more worried about saving face. But if u dont believe try out and see.

This company cares nothing of its employees. I have worked for the Arc for almost 3 years. I am still currently working for the Arc during this pandemic. Not only am I not given benefits by this position, but no hazard pay or bonus is being offered even after fulfilling my job duties without ever taking time off (no work = no pay). I have yet to even recieve an email from anyone saying to stay safe and good job. If it wasn't for the individual that I work with needing me, I would not still be here.

I love it and love it and love it I am glad I have switched over to Arc they have helped me out more than LG I love the people there plus my service coordinator they do work when they need to and they listen to the clients when they need to when I need something I will call my service coordinator so she can help me out I am giving them five stars
